Quotations, bookings, inspection reminders, parts and WhatsApp updates in a single system for motor workshops. Tax invoices show your GST details; InvoiceNow submission to IRAS is not part of Promec.
The actual Quotes screen: look up a car by plate number, filter by status and read the AI check on any quotation.
Switching between half a dozen apps all day long. Lifts, quotations and payments on a single dashboard.
Each job is priced from scratch, and in a city this compact the next workshop is only a short drive away.
Quotations are sent and left there. Nobody has the time to check back, so jobs slip away.
Tax invoices, records, expense claims and changes to invoicing rules. Each one tends to bring another subscription.
For a workshop in Ubi or Kaki Bukit, Promec covers the daily cycle: quotation, booking, the technician app, parts, customer updates and a tax invoice with your GST registration number and the rate you set.
Promec does not connect to IRAS. It is not an InvoiceNow-Ready Solution, it does not send invoice data over the Peppol network, and it does not file your GST return. If the GST InvoiceNow requirement applies to you, that transmission happens through an accredited solution. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
From the first WhatsApp enquiry to the payment recorded in your accounts, one record carries the job.
Describe the symptom or read the OBD codes and the AI suggests the likely fix, costed with your labour rate and parts markup.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email leave from the job record, with a live page where the customer checks progress and approves additional work.
Tax invoices show your GST registration number, a sequential number and the rate on each line, and income and expenses are recorded as they happen. Promec does not send invoice data to IRAS through InvoiceNow and does not file GST returns.
Promec reads and explains OBD codes, manages new and used parts stock, and keeps your technical documents searchable.
Plan the day, move cars between lifts when parts are late and measure each technician's actual hours. Technicians update from their phones.
All three plans include everything listed here.
Calls reach the workshop through Promec; missed calls are flagged and every call gets a summary on the customer record.
Customers check themselves in while your team stays on the lifts.
Promotions use the customer and vehicle data already in Promec, with no separate list to maintain.
Clock-in, MC and leave records and staff files alongside the jobs.
Changing systems worries most owners. Guided lessons make the first weeks easier.
The figures an owner reviews, plus an audit of who changed what.
Clock-in, car photos, the service report and the customer's signature, all done at the vehicle. Each step updates the job page your customer is following.
Customers open their own link for job status, the quotation to approve, documents and a live camera view from your workshop.
Periodic inspection. LTA requires private cars to be inspected every two years once they are between three and ten years old, and every year after ten. The test is done at an LTA-authorised inspection centre, and owners receive a notice about three months before it is due. An inspection done too early does not count for road tax renewal. Promec stores the due date and sends a reminder, which is a good moment to book a pre-inspection check.
GST and InvoiceNow. The standard GST rate has been 9% since 1 January 2024. IRAS is rolling out the GST InvoiceNow requirement in phases, under which invoice data reaches IRAS through the Peppol-based InvoiceNow network. Promec prints the rate on each invoice but is not an InvoiceNow-Ready Solution.
PDPA. The Act governs how organisations collect, use and disclose personal data, and has separate Do Not Call provisions for marketing calls and messages. Promec keeps consent and message history on each record.

Customers sign in to register their cars, look up past servicing and receive a reminder before the next service or periodic inspection. Your regulars keep the lifts busy.
Enquiries from your site arrive with the car model and the issue, ready for a quotation.
The AI replies with a price before the motorist messages another workshop.
Servicing, oil change or the next LTA inspection: reminders bring the car back.
Each completed job triggers a review request, helping nearby drivers find you.
Check with us whether acquisition is available in Singapore. If it is, we can activate enquiries from private car owners who need a workshop. You pick the jobs and set the price, rather than depending on insurer panels or fleet contracts.

Customers, cars and history are loaded while your current system keeps invoicing.
Your labour rate is configured and the AI prepares a live quotation.
Customers follow jobs and approve work on their phones.
Quotations and WhatsApp chasers run automatically.
Export your records and our team imports them into Promec. You keep invoicing from the old system until you have reviewed the new data.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module takes over a task that currently lives in a chat group, a template or someone's head. Here is what it covers and what you should prepare.
A job starts from the plate number. The service advisor logs mileage, the customer's description, the car's condition on arrival and photos from a phone. Parts, technician hours and approvals are attached to the same record, so any colleague can pick it up. Prepare: plate number, chassis number if available, billing details of the customer or company and your labour rate.
Quotations are built from labour and parts lines and sent as a link for the customer to accept or decline. Accepted quotations become jobs without retyping, and the tax invoice is generated from the completed job with a sequential number, your GST registration number and the rate per line. InvoiceNow transmission to IRAS is not included. Prepare: invoice series, GST treatment per item as advised by your accountant and payment methods.
Each part has a shelf location, cost, selling price and minimum quantity. Assigning a part to a job deducts it, and low stock appears on the reorder list. Supplier delivery orders are checked against purchase orders, so you can see what is paid, what is outstanding and what has sat unused. Prepare: parts list with cost and price, supplier details and a stock count.
Bookings are made per lift and per technician with an estimated duration, so you can tell whether Friday has space before committing to a collection time. Online bookings go into the same calendar, and cars waiting for parts remain visible without taking a slot. Prepare: number of lifts, operating hours, technicians and typical job durations.
Customers are notified when the quotation is ready, when work starts and when the car is ready, through the channel they agreed to. Service reminders and reminders before the periodic inspection due date are sent automatically and logged. Prepare: contact details with consent and each car's inspection due date.
Revenue by period, labour versus parts margin, quotations sent against accepted, lift utilisation and job mix are drawn from recorded work. They help answer whether your labour rate covers overheads and which parts are underpriced. Prepare: nothing further.
Send the export your current software can produce. We de-duplicate records first (the same customer under a personal and a company name, one part with several descriptions) and load it into a test environment where you verify invoice numbers and stock. Then configure lifts, rates and user access. Run new invoices in Promec for the first days with the old system in read-only mode, and train front desk, technicians and admin separately. Your data can be exported whenever you want, including when you leave.
No. Promec does not transmit invoice data to IRAS over the InvoiceNow (Peppol) network and does not file GST returns. IRAS is extending the GST InvoiceNow requirement to GST-registered businesses in phases, so if it applies to you, use an accredited solution for that step. A direct tax-authority link in Promec exists only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
The one you configure. The standard rate in Singapore has been 9% since 1 January 2024. Whether a particular supply is standard-rated is for you or your tax adviser to decide.
Yes. Record the inspection due date from the LTA notice and Promec reminds the customer ahead of it. The inspection itself is done at an LTA-authorised inspection centre, not by Promec or your workshop.
Promec stores each customer's consent and logs every message. Under the PDPA you generally need consent for the purpose, and marketing messages to Singapore numbers also bring Do Not Call obligations. Those checks remain your responsibility.
Promec's price list is in euros. Invoices to your own customers use the currency you set, including Singapore dollars.
No minimum term. Three months for €1, then cancel from your subscription area whenever you like, with a 15-day refund window.
Three months for €1, cancel anytime, a 15-day refund window and migration included.
