It replaces the handwritten quote and the invoice built in a word processor. The quote is assembled from labour and parts lines, sent to the customer with a link to accept or decline, and on acceptance becomes a job without retyping anything. The invoice comes out of the closed job with sequential numbering, a hash chain per series and a QR code compliant with Spain's RD 1007/2023.
What data it needs: the invoice series you use, applicable VAT rates, rates per job type and your usual payment method.
It replaces eyeball stock counts and the order notebook. Every reference carries its location, purchase cost, sale price and minimum stock. When you assign a part to a job, stock goes down on its own; when it drops below minimum, it appears on the reorder list. 1. Export from your current system. You send us whatever your system can export: customers, vehicles, stock references, quotes and issued invoices. The usual export formats work; if your program only produces listings, we work with that.
2. Data normalisation. It's the part with the most work, and we do it: duplicate plates, the same customer under two tax IDs, the same part written three different ways. It gets cleaned before loading, not after.
3. Test load and review. Your data first lands in an environment you can review calmly. You check that balances, invoice series and stock match what you had. If something doesn't add up, it's fixed and reloaded.
