AI estimates, a repair order for every car, parts stock, customer messages and invoices showing PDV, all in one program. Promec has no link to the Serbian Tax Administration or to SEF: your returns stay with your own software or accountant.
The Quotes screen: offers sorted by status, each one with its AI analysis and the history of the job behind it.
A servis held together by notebooks and tabs costs you jobs. Bays, staff and takings on a single screen.
Each fault sends you back to the parts catalogue and the rate sheet, while the driver in the waiting area rings the next servis.
The price goes out, silence follows, and the chase call never happens because the lift is busy.
Invoices, supplier bills, tax records and one more subscription for each. Every hour at the desk is an hour away from the cars.
A garage in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš or a smaller town works through the same chain every day: the car arrives, someone prices the repair, the customer says yes, the parts are found, the mechanic does the job and an invoice is issued. Promec holds that chain in one place: repair order, offer, stock, diary, customer messages and invoices with your tax ID and a PDV rate on each line.
Promec does not connect to the Serbian Tax Administration (Poreska uprava) or to SEF, the state electronic-invoice system. It does not file PDV returns and does not send your invoices to SEF. Those steps stay with your own software or your accountant. A direct tax-authority link exists in Promec only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
The phone call, the diagnosis, the go-ahead, the repair and the payment are steps of one job instead of five separate files.
It reads the customer's description or the OBD codes, proposes the likely repair and prices it from your labour rate and your parts prices.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email go out from the same job. The customer gets a link to a page where the work can be watched and the offer accepted from a phone.
Each invoice carries your tax ID (PIB), follows your own numbering and puts a PDV rate of your choice on every line, while income and expenses are recorded alongside. Nothing is sent to the Tax Administration or to SEF; that part stays outside Promec.
OBD codes are read from the car and explained in plain words, new and used parts are counted in stock, and your own technical documents stay one click away.
Plan the day in the diary, spread jobs over the bays with the planner board and see what each mechanic really gets done. The mechanics update their jobs from their phones.
Every one of the three plans comes with all of it.
The garage's number rings inside the program. A missed call shows up on a list, and each finished call leaves a short summary on the customer's file.
Drivers check themselves in while you are still under another car.
Nothing extra to buy: campaigns use the customers and vehicles already stored in the program.
Clocking in, time off and staff files next to the jobs.
People rarely change software because they fear the switch. Video lessons and guides inside the program take most of that fear away.
What an owner checks each week, and a record of who changed what.
Clocking in, photos of the vehicle, the job report and the signature all happen beside the car. Each step refreshes, as it happens, the progress page that the driver has open.
Each driver gets a personal link. On it: the status of the repair, the offer to accept, live video from the garage and the paperwork.
Every customer has a private area where they register their cars, look at past work and receive reminders when due. Your diary fills up from people who already know you.
Cars in Serbia go through the "tehnički pregled", the technical vehicle inspection. The rules are in the Pravilnik o tehničkom pregledu vozila, published on the Ministry of the Interior's website. It names three kinds of inspection: redovni (regular), vanredni (extraordinary) and kontrolni, a check ordered by an authorised person at the Ministry or by a road-traffic inspector. When the inspection ends with a registration certificate being issued, it is recorded as the redovni godišnji tehnički pregled, the regular annual inspection.
It is done by companies authorised for the work, not by an ordinary garage. For regular and extraordinary inspections the car has to arrive clean and in running order, and the person bringing it shows the traffic permit ("saobraćajna dozvola") and an ID. A registered car must also carry its number plates. Those are practical points a garage can tell the owner in advance.
Promec stores the inspection date on each vehicle, sends the reminder before it, and any fault found afterwards becomes an offer on the same file. It does not book inspections or connect to the stations.
A visitor fills in the car and the problem, and it lands as a request you can price.
The AI prepares a price at once, so the driver hears from you before phoning the garage down the road.
A note about the service, the tehnički pregled or an oil change, and the customer returns without being called.
A review request follows every repair, which pushes you higher in local search results.
If your garage wants it, we can switch on the automatic search for private drivers near you. New requests come in daily and you decide the terms, with no insurer or fleet contract in between. Ask us whether it is active in Serbia before counting on it.

PDV. Value-added tax in Serbia is porez na dodatu vrednost, or PDV, set by the Zakon o porezu na dodatu vrednost. The Tax Administration (Poreska uprava) publishes the law on its website, and businesses inside the system are called obveznici PDV. In Promec you choose the rate for each invoice line and the amounts flow into the accounts. No rates are quoted here because they can change; your accountant knows the current ones. The return is prepared outside Promec.
SEF. The Sistem elektronskih faktura is the state e-invoice system, run by the Ministry of Finance under the Zakon o elektronskom fakturisanju. Invoices are sent, received and stored through it, and it accepts them by API or as UBL 2.1 XML files. Promec does not connect to SEF and does not send invoices to it. Which of your invoices must go through SEF is set by that law, so ask your accountant; the sending itself happens in the SEF portal or in software that is connected to it.
Personal data. The Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti (Službeni glasnik RS 87/2018) is overseen by the Poverenik, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. The Commissioner handles complaints from individuals and promotes awareness of duties among controllers and processors. A garage that keeps names, phone numbers and plates is a controller. Promec processes data under the GDPR, messages only go to contacts who agreed to them, and each one is logged.

Customers, vehicles and history are carried over while you carry on invoicing.
We enter your rates and the AI builds a first real offer.
Customers follow the repair and give the go-ahead from their phone.
AI pricing and WhatsApp chasers are working.
Our team takes the data out of whatever you use now. You do no copying and keep invoicing as usual until everything has arrived.
Moving data can bring extra charges, depending on the old system and how much data there is. See the terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above. Prices are in euros.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module takes over something now done on paper, in a chat group or in a spreadsheet. For each one below: what it replaces, what it does and what you need to have ready.
The fear is losing your history, so the move comes first and the garage keeps working throughout.
Your data stays yours: you can export it at any time, including the day you leave. Moving data in is free of charge.
No. Promec has no connection to SEF or to Poreska uprava. It issues invoices with your tax ID, your own numbering and the PDV rate you set on each line, and it keeps the records behind them. Filing returns, and sending invoices through SEF where the law requires it, remain with your accountant or with software that is connected to SEF. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct link today.
Whichever you set up. Promec does not decide for you which rate applies to a repair, a part or a service. The rates come from the Zakon o porezu na dodatu vrednost and can change, so confirm the current ones with your accountant or on the Tax Administration's website.
Yes. Enter the date on the vehicle and the customer gets a reminder before it, by the channel they agreed to. The inspection itself is carried out at a station authorised for it; Promec does not book it or connect to those stations. If the car fails on something, the repair goes on an offer in the same customer file.
Promec processes personal data under the EU GDPR. Your garage is the controller of its own customers' names, phone numbers and plates, and it has its own duties under the Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti, overseen by the Poverenik. Messages only go to contacts who agreed to receive them, and every message is logged. For what applies to your business, ask a lawyer.
Yes. Promec's own price list is in euros. The invoices you issue to your customers use the currency you configure for the garage; if you need a particular currency, ask us before you sign up.
No. The first three months cost €1, you can cancel from your subscription area whenever you like, and a 15-day money-back right applies. Moving your customers, vehicles and history over from the old system is done by our team.
Start for €1. No lock-in, a 15-day money-back right, free data migration and support close at hand.
