Estimates, job cards, spare parts, revisione reminders and customer messages in a single program for independent officine in the Republic. Invoices go out in euros with your own numbering. Nothing is filed with the Ufficio Tributario.
The Quotes screen: each estimate with its status and number plate, plus the AI's price check.
A workshop held together by notebooks and separate apps slows you down. Who is in, what is waiting, what is billed.
Every fault sends you back to price parts and labour again, and a driver left waiting may ring another workshop.
The estimate goes out, the customer says nothing, and chasing it slips to next week.
Invoices, supplier bills, tax records, privacy rules, and a subscription for each. Hours at the desk instead of at the car.
Whether the officina is in Serravalle, Borgo Maggiore or up in Città di San Marino, the day follows one chain: the car is booked in, the preventivo is drawn up, the mechanic updates the job from a phone, parts are ordered, the customer is told what is happening, and the invoice goes out in euros with your own numbering.
Promec does not connect to the San Marino Ufficio Tributario, to the electronic-invoice hub it runs, or to Italy's Sistema di Interscambio (SdI). Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today. Tax returns and any official invoicing duty stay in your own software or with your accountant.
Booking, check-in, the go-ahead, the repair and the payment stay in one continuous record.
From what the driver describes, or the OBD codes, the AI proposes the repair and prices it with your labour rate and parts.
Email, SMS and WhatsApp Business API leave from the job itself, and a progress page lets the customer follow the repair and approve extra work.
Every invoice carries your details, follows its own series and applies the rate you choose on each line, while takings and costs are recorded as you go. Promec sends nothing to the Ufficio Tributario: returns are prepared outside it.
The car's OBD codes are read and explained, new and used spares are counted in stock, and your own technical papers sit one click away.
Fill the diary, share jobs between bays, shift them on the board when something overruns, and see what each mechanic actually finishes. They update jobs from a phone.
You get all of it on any of the three plans.
The workshop's number is answered inside Promec. Missed calls are listed and each call leaves a short summary on the customer's file.
Drivers check the car in themselves while you carry on under another.
Offers go to the customers and cars already in Promec, with no separate mailing list to keep.
Clocking in, days off and employee files next to the jobs.
Most workshops delay changing program because of the disruption. Video courses and guides inside the program make the move lighter.
The numbers an owner looks at, and a record of who changed what.
San Marino keeps its own public register of vehicles, set up by Law no. 136 of 25 November 1997, and the URAT (Ufficio Registro Automezzi e Trasporti) runs it. The URAT also supervises the centres and bodies authorised to carry out the "revisione" and other vehicle checks, and a passed periodic inspection is certified by an "attestato di revisione". A vehicle coming in from abroad whose periodic inspection has under two months left, or has lapsed, is tested by the URAT itself before it can be registered.
For a workshop that makes the revisione a dependable reason for a car to come in. Promec keeps the date on each vehicle, sends the reminder, and turns whatever the test finds into an estimate on the same record.

Clocking in, photos, the job report and the signature are done beside the car. Each step refreshes the progress page that the customer is following.
Each customer gets a private link with the repair status, the estimate to accept, documents and live video from the workshop camera.
Customers sign in, add their cars, read past work and get a message before the next service or revisione. The bookings come from people who already know your workshop.
A visitor sends the car and the problem, and the request arrives ready to price.
The AI replies with a price while the driver is still ringing round.
Service, oil change or revisione coming up: the reminder brings the car back to you.
A review request goes out after each job, which helps people nearby find you.
Ask us first whether this is running in San Marino. If it is, we can switch on requests from private drivers who need a repair close to them. You take the jobs you want at your own price, without relying on insurers or fleets.

Customers, vehicles and history are brought over while you keep invoicing.
We enter your labour rate and the AI prepares a real estimate.
Customers follow the repair and accept work from their phone.
AI estimates and WhatsApp follow-ups are working.
Hand over an export of your present program. Our team loads it into Promec and you can compare both before you commit. The old software carries on invoicing until you are satisfied.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Tax. San Marino's tax office is the Ufficio Tributario. It handles direct and indirect taxes, among them the general income tax (IGR) and the tax on imports of goods (imposta sulle importazioni). Which treatment applies to a given repair invoice is a matter for you and your accountant. In Promec each line carries the rate you set and the totals go into your records, but no return is prepared or filed there.
Electronic invoices. The Ufficio Tributario runs an electronic-invoice regime with its own hub, and publishes the rules and technical manuals. For goods traded with Italian businesses, invoices go on through Italy's SdI. The rules and who they cover have been changing, so confirm the current position with the tax office or your accountant. Promec does not connect to the hub or to the SdI and does not transmit invoices to them.
Data protection. Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018 protects individuals in the processing of personal data, and the Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali supervises it. Reminders sent from Promec go only to customers who agreed to them, and each message stays on file.

Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Choose the billing cycle above.
Prices exclude any applicable tax, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Read it as a tour of one repair, from the phone ringing to the car leaving. Each stop notes what to gather beforehand.
Key in the targa and Promec opens the job: what the driver complained of, kilometres, dents already there, pictures taken on a phone. Everything added later (hours, parts, permissions) hangs off that one job. Gather: plates, chassis numbers where you note them, invoicing details for the customer, and your labour rate per hour.
Labour and parts go into an estimate, and the customer accepts or declines through a link. If they accept, that estimate simply turns into the work order. When the job closes, the invoice is produced with the next number in your series and the rate you chose per line. Nothing goes to the Ufficio Tributario and no return is filed. Gather: your series, the rates you use, standard prices by type of job, and the usual ways customers pay.
Each spare has a bin location, what you paid, what you charge and a floor level, whether new or used. Fit it and the count drops; fall below the floor and it lands on the reorder list. Supplier deliveries are ticked off against what you ordered. Gather: a parts list with prices, supplier names, and a single stock count.
A booking goes on a bay and to a mechanic for as long as the job should take, so you can answer "can you do it Thursday?" honestly. Website bookings arrive in the same calendar. A car that is waiting for a part remains on screen without tying up a bay. Gather: how many bays, opening hours, who works there, and the length of your most frequent jobs.
Customers get a message when the estimate is ready, when the work starts and when the car is ready, using whichever channel they accepted. The revisione and service reminders go out before the date you noted, and every message is filed on the customer record. Gather: contact details of people who consented, and the revisione date of each car.
Reports draw on what was entered along the way: sales per period, labour margin against parts margin, estimates accepted out of estimates sent, how full the bays were, which jobs come in most. They tell you whether your hourly rate is really paying and which part you buy high and sell low. Gather: nothing more.
Give us your current export. We clean it up first (a customer entered twice, a part under three names), put it in a test copy for you to check, and only then do you set bays, rates and who may see what. In the first days, invoice from Promec and leave the old program open just to look things up. Train reception, mechanics and office one group at a time on real jobs. Exporting your data is always possible, including when you leave.
No. Promec has no link to the Ufficio Tributario, to the electronic-invoice hub it operates, or to Italy's SdI, and it does not file returns. It issues your invoices with your numbering and rates and keeps the sales and cost records behind them. A direct tax-authority link exists only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
No. Promec prepares the invoice but does not transmit it to either system. If your business is covered by the electronic-invoice rules, or invoices goods to Italian customers, ask your accountant how to submit them and keep using your own tool for that step. Who is covered, and from when, is for the Ufficio Tributario to say.
Yes. Save the revisione date on the vehicle and Promec messages the customer before it, on the channel they agreed to. In San Marino the URAT supervises the authorised centres that carry out the revisione, so the customer still books the test there. The reminder only brings them to you first.
Any you set up, line by line. Promec does not decide which treatment a repair or a part receives, and it does not work out the import tax on goods. That call belongs to you and your accountant.
Promec processes data under the GDPR. San Marino has its own law, Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018, supervised by the Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. As the controller of your customers' data, the workshop has its own duties under it. Messages in Promec only go to contacts who agreed, and each one is logged.
Prices are in euros, the currency your workshop invoices in. There is no minimum term: the first three months cost €1, you can cancel from your subscription area at any time, and you have a 15-day money-back right.
€1 for three months, no lock-in, a 15-day refund right and free data migration.
