Estimates, repair orders, parts, reminders for the yearly tehnički pregled and customer messages, together in one program. Every invoice shows your DDV rate line by line. Promec has no link to the Public Revenue Office (UJP), so your DDV return and any fiscal or e-invoicing duty stay with your accountant or your own software.
The Quotes screen of Promec: estimates by status, found by plate, each with its AI analysis and the history of the job.
A servis run with notebooks and spreadsheets leaks money. Staff, cars and cash on a single panel.
Each fault sends you back to the parts catalogue and the labour guide, while the driver waits and rings another garage.
The estimate goes out, the customer stops answering and the follow-up call never happens.
Invoices, DDV records, supplier bills, data protection. It all lands on the same desk that should be running the workshop.
A servis in Skopje, Bitola, Kumanovo, Tetovo or Ohrid still follows one path: the car comes in, the mechanic finds the fault, someone works out the price, the customer agrees, the parts arrive and the work is done and paid for. Promec keeps that path in one place: the repair order, the estimate, stock, the diary, messages to the driver and an invoice with your tax number and a DDV rate on every line.
Promec is not connected to the Public Revenue Office (UJP, Uprava za javni prihodi) or to the systems it runs. It files no DDV return, sends no invoice to e-Faktura and does not talk to fiscal cash equipment. Whatever official invoicing or fiscal duty applies to your workshop stays in the software built for it, or with your accountant. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
From the first phone call to the settled invoice, each step is kept on one record.
The AI reads the complaint, or the OBD codes from the car, works out the probable fault and builds the estimate from your labour rate and your parts.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email leave from the job itself. The customer follows the repair on a progress page and approves it from a phone.
Each invoice carries your tax number, follows your numbered series and applies the DDV rate you pick on every line. Income and expenses are booked in the same place. Nothing goes to UJP: the DDV return is prepared outside Promec.
Reads and explains the OBD codes, runs a new and used parts shop for you and keeps the technical documents within reach.
Plan the day in the diary and the planner, share the cars out across the bays and see what each person really gets done. Mechanics use their own phones.
All of this comes with each of the three plans.
The garage line lives in Promec. No call is lost and each one is left as a short summary on the customer's record.
The driver checks in while your people stay under the car.
Not a paid add-on: campaigns are built from the customers and cars already recorded.
Clocking in, absences and staff records sit beside the jobs.
Worry about the changeover is why many garages keep old software. Training built into the program takes some of that worry away.
What an owner checks, plus who changed what.
Clocking in, photos of the car, the job report and the signature happen beside the vehicle. Every step updates the tracking page that the owner has open.
From a personal link the customer follows the repair as it happens: status, estimate, live video from the workshop and documents.
Every customer gets an area of their own: they add their cars, look at the history and receive alerts when they are due. You fill the diary with people who already know you.
A website visit turns into a request that names the car and the fault, ready to be priced.
The AI prices at once, so the customer has an answer before phoning the next servis.
Service, inspection or oil-change reminders bring the car back without you chasing.
Asks for a review after every repair and lifts your search ranking: more local visibility.
Tehnički pregled. The Law on Vehicles says that a vehicle in road traffic must be technically sound, and the check is the technical inspection: a procedure carried out by a legal entity authorised for it (pravno lice za tehnički pregled), at an inspection station. The general rule in the law is that periodic inspections take place at least once a year, with shorter intervals for some categories, such as buses, hire cars and vehicles carrying dangerous goods. When the vehicle is found sound, the inspection entity issues a written document stating when the next inspection is due, and the entity's experts certify the vehicle data on the registration request, so the inspection goes hand in hand with vehicle registration (registracija). The inspecting is left to the authorised entity; what reaches a servis is the preparation beforehand and the repairs the inspection turns up. Promec stores the due date on each vehicle, sends the reminder, and turns whatever the inspection finds into an estimate on the same record. It does not book inspections.
Fiscal receipts. Separately from invoices, the Law on Registering Cash Payments requires taxpayers whose sales are not paid by bank transfer to use approved fiscal equipment and issue a fiscal receipt. The Public Revenue Office administers it, and its consumer leaflet says the receipt applies to card payments too. Promec does not connect to that equipment. If a customer pays at the counter, the fiscal receipt comes from your fiscal device; the estimate, the job record and the invoice come from Promec.

Ask whether it is switched on in North Macedonia. Where it is, we can start automatic requests from private drivers near your workshop who need a repair. You decide which jobs to accept and at what price, with no insurer or fleet contract in between.

We load your customers, cars and history. You keep invoicing as usual.
Your rates go in and the AI builds your first estimate.
Customers follow the repair and approve from their phone.
Self-priced estimates and WhatsApp follow-up are running.
Our team takes your data out of the current system and loads it into Promec. You go on invoicing while it happens.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
DDV. Value added tax, danok na dodadena vrednost or DDV, is set by the Zakon za danokot na dodadena vrednost and administered by the Public Revenue Office (UJP). Businesses register for DDV with UJP, and a registered taxpayer submits the DDV-04 return to it electronically through UJP's e-tax portal. In Promec you pick the rate on each invoice line and the totals flow into your books. No rates, thresholds or deadlines are quoted here because they change; your accountant has the current ones. The return itself is made outside Promec.
e-Faktura. UJP is building e-Faktura, a state platform for electronic invoices. In its own announcement of June 2026 it described a third test phase in which any company could take part voluntarily. Promec does not connect to it. Ask your accountant whether and when it will apply to you, and which software will carry the invoices.
Personal data. The Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of North Macedonia No. 42/20) is supervised by the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data. In Promec, reminders go only to customers who agreed to them and every message is kept on file.

Begin with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Choose the billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Every module takes over something that is now kept on paper, in a spreadsheet or in the owner's head. Below is what it covers and what you need to bring on the first day.
Type the plate and the repair order opens: the complaint in the driver's words, the mileage, the state of the car on arrival and photos from a phone. Parts ordered, hours booked and the customer's approval attach to that order, so the job does not depend on who took the keys. Bring: plates, the chassis number where you have it, invoicing details of each customer and your hourly rate.
The estimate is put together from labour and parts lines and goes to the customer as a link to accept or refuse. Once accepted it becomes the job, with nothing typed twice. The invoice comes from the finished job, in your numbered series, with your tax number and a DDV rate on each line. Promec sends nothing to UJP. The return, and any fiscal-receipt or e-invoicing duty, is handled outside Promec. Bring: your series, the DDV rates you apply, prices by type of job and how customers usually pay.
Each part is recorded with its shelf, purchase price, selling price and minimum level, new or used. Fitting it to a job takes it off the shelf, and falling below the minimum puts it on the order list. Supplier delivery notes are checked against your orders, so you see what is paid, what has not arrived and what has sat unsold for months. Bring: a parts list with prices, your suppliers and one stock count.
Each booking gets a bay, a mechanic and an expected duration, so you can see whether there is room before promising the car for Friday. Bookings made on your website drop into the same diary. Cars waiting on a part stay visible without blocking a bay. Bring: the number of bays, opening hours, your mechanics and how long your usual jobs take.
The driver hears when the estimate is ready, when the work starts and when the car can be collected, on the channel they chose. Reminders for the next service and for the tehnički pregled go out ahead of the date on the record, and every message stays on file. Bring: phone numbers and emails that customers agreed you may use, and the inspection date of each car.
Invoiced amounts by period, margin split between labour and parts, estimates sent against estimates accepted, bay use and the mix of jobs, all read from records you have already made. They answer two plain questions: does your hourly rate cover your costs, and which part do you buy dear and sell cheap. Bring: nothing extra, since the reports come from jobs and invoices already recorded.
Most owners hesitate over one thing: the years of history in the old system. So the data comes first and the workshop keeps working throughout.
1. Export. Send whatever your current program can export: customers, cars, parts, estimates and issued invoices. If it only prints lists, we work from the lists.
2. Cleaning. This is the heavy part and we do it: duplicate plates, one customer under two names, the same part typed three ways. It is tidied before loading, not after.
3. Trial load. Your data first lands in a copy you can check at leisure. If a balance, a series or a stock figure looks wrong, we correct and load again.
4. Set-up. You enter bays, mechanics, rates, series and permissions: who invoices, who sees margins and who only works on jobs.
5. Overlap. For the first days, invoice in Promec and leave the old program open for reading only, so your history is still there while you settle in.
6. Training by role. Reception, mechanics and back office use different screens, and each group is taught its own, on your own data.
Your data stays yours: export it whenever you like, including the day you leave. Migration into Promec costs nothing extra.
No. Promec has no connection to UJP, the Public Revenue Office of North Macedonia. It issues invoices with your tax number, in your own numbered series, with the DDV rate you choose on each line, and it keeps the sales and expense records behind them. The return is prepared in your accounting software or by your accountant. A direct tax-authority link exists in Promec only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
No, and it does not connect to fiscal equipment. In North Macedonia the Law on Registering Cash Payments requires taxpayers whose sales are not settled by bank transfer to use approved fiscal equipment and issue a fiscal receipt, and UJP administers that law. Promec does not replace that equipment. Ask your accountant how the rule applies to your workshop, then use Promec for the estimate, the job record and the invoice.
UJP is developing e-Faktura, a state system for exchanging electronic invoices, and has been running it through test phases open to companies. Promec is not connected to it. Check with your accountant what applies to you and when, and which software you will use to send invoices through it.
Yes. When the vehicle passes, the inspection entity issues a written document stating when the next inspection is due. Enter that date on the vehicle in Promec and the customer is reminded before it, on the channel they agreed to. Promec does not book inspections and has no link to the stations.
Yes. North Macedonia has a Law on Personal Data Protection, supervised by the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data. Your workshop is the controller of its customers' data. Promec processes data under the GDPR, messages go only to customers who agreed to receive them, and each message is kept on their record.
Yes. The Promec price list is in euros. The first three months cost €1 in total, you can cancel from your subscription area at any time, and you have a 15-day right to withdraw with a refund.
