One online program for estimates, job cards, spare parts, bookings and WhatsApp updates in independent workshops across Nigeria. You configure VAT on each invoice; anything owed to the NRS is still handled outside Promec.
The Quotes screen from inside Promec: jobs by status, searchable by customer or plate number, each with its AI breakdown.
Managing the work with paper, phones and memory leaks profit. Know what every mechanic is doing without walking the yard.
Pricing each fault by calling around for parts takes hours, and by then the customer may have gone to another mechanic.
The customer says they will think about it. Without someone checking back, that job quietly disappears.
Invoices, expenses, VAT and changing tax rules pile up, and each new tool adds another monthly charge.
A workshop in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt uses Promec for the same daily work as anywhere else: opening the job, pricing the repair, booking the vehicle in, assigning a mechanic, tracking spare parts, messaging the customer and raising an invoice in naira with the VAT you configure.
What Promec does not do is talk to the Nigeria Revenue Service, the body that took over from FIRS. It is not connected to the NRS Merchant Buyer Solution for e-invoicing and it files no VAT returns. That work stays with your accountant or the tools the NRS provides. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
From the first phone call about a noise to the moment the balance is paid and recorded, in one place.
Enter what the customer describes or read the OBD codes; the AI works out the probable fault and builds the estimate with your workmanship charge and your parts prices.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email are sent from the job record, and the customer receives a link to watch progress and approve extra work.
Each invoice carries your TIN, a sequential number and the VAT you apply per line, and income and expenses are recorded in the same program. Promec is not linked to the NRS e-invoicing platform, so any submission there happens separately.
Read and understand OBD codes from the vehicle, manage new and Tokunbo spare parts in stock, and keep repair documents where every mechanic can reach them.
Book vehicles in, share the work across bays, rearrange the board when a job runs over and measure what each mechanic delivers. Mechanics record their work on a phone.
Every plan includes all of it, from the cheapest to Premium.
Customer calls come into Promec, so a missed call is never invisible and every conversation gets a written summary on the customer's file.
Customers register their vehicle themselves while the mechanics keep working.
Send offers to the customers and vehicles already in Promec, without buying a separate marketing tool.
Resumption time, days off and staff details live alongside the job cards.
The worry about changing systems is usually the first few weeks. Video lessons and guided tours inside Promec help the team through them.
The figures a workshop owner checks, plus a record of who changed any entry.
Attendance, pictures of the vehicle, the work report and the customer's signature are handled right at the bay. Every entry updates the customer's link as it happens.
Customers open their own link to see the stage of the repair, the estimate to approve, the documents and live video from your workshop camera.
Tax administration in Nigeria has been reorganised. The Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Act 2025 created the NRS in place of FIRS, and the NRS operates the Merchant Buyer Solution for electronic invoicing. For a mechanic workshop this is an accounting question to settle with your adviser. Promec is not an access point to that platform and does not send invoices to it. What it does is keep every estimate, job and invoice numbered and tied to the vehicle, with the VAT you set, so the figures your accountant needs are complete.
Customer data is the other area. The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 established the Nigeria Data Protection Commission to supervise how personal data is handled. A workshop holds names, phone numbers, plate numbers and repair history. In Promec each message is sent only to contacts the customer agreed to, every message is saved on the record, and staff access can be restricted by role, which makes it simpler to answer a customer who asks what you hold about them.

Customers log in, register their vehicles, review what was done before and receive a message when the next service is due. Your returning work comes from people who already trust your mechanics.
People who reach your website can send the vehicle and the fault, and the request arrives ready for an estimate.
The AI sends an estimate quickly, while the motorist is still deciding where to take the vehicle.
Oil change or routine service due: a reminder brings the customer back to you.
Every completed job ends with a request for a review, so people searching nearby see your workshop.
It is not available everywhere, so ask us about your city. Where it runs, we can activate requests from private vehicle owners who need repairs near your workshop. You accept the jobs you want at your own price instead of depending on insurance or company fleet work.

We move customers, vehicles and job history while your workshop keeps billing.
We enter your workmanship charge and the AI prepares its first estimate.
Customers watch progress and approve work on their phones.
Estimates and WhatsApp reminders now go out by themselves.
Give us the export from your present software or spreadsheet and our team imports it into Promec. You continue as normal until you are satisfied the data is correct.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
These are the parts of the program, what each one takes off your desk and the information to have ready when you start.
Write the plate number and the job card opens with the customer's complaint, the mileage, the condition on arrival and pictures taken on a phone. Parts ordered, time spent and every approval are attached to the same card, so the job does not depend on the memory of whoever collected the key. Have ready: plate numbers, chassis numbers where available, customer details and your workmanship charge.
An estimate is made from workmanship and parts lines. The customer approves or declines it from a link, and once approved it becomes the job with nothing typed twice. The invoice comes from the completed job with a sequential number, your TIN and the VAT on each line. No connection to the NRS e-invoicing platform is included. Have ready: invoice series, the tax settings your accountant gives you and how customers usually pay.
Each part has a shelf position, cost price, selling price and a minimum quantity, new or Tokunbo. Using a part on a job reduces stock at once, and anything under the minimum appears on the list to reorder. Supplier deliveries are matched to orders, so it is clear what has been paid for, what is outstanding and what has sat unsold. Have ready: your parts list with prices, suppliers and a one-time stock count.
Every booking is tied to a bay, a mechanic and an expected time, so the real workload is visible before you promise a date. Requests from your website enter the same calendar, and vehicles waiting for parts remain on view without blocking a bay. Have ready: number of bays, working hours, mechanics and common job times.
Customers are told when the estimate is ready, when work begins and when the vehicle can be picked up, using the channel they chose. Service reminders go out ahead of time, and every message is kept on the record. Have ready: phone numbers and emails customers agreed you can use.
Sales for any period, profit on workmanship against parts, estimates sent against estimates approved, bay use and types of job, all from what is already recorded. Two quick answers: is your workmanship charge covering costs, and which part are you selling below what it should earn? Have ready: nothing more.
Send the export your current program or spreadsheet produces. We clean it first (duplicate customers, one part written several ways), load it into a test area for you to check, and then you set up bays, charges and who may see what. During the first days, invoice in Promec and keep the old records for reference only, and train front desk, mechanics and accounts separately with your own jobs. Your data can be exported at any time, including if you stop using Promec.
No. The Nigeria Revenue Service replaced FIRS under the Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Act 2025 and runs the Merchant Buyer Solution for e-invoicing. Promec is not connected to either. It prepares estimates and invoices with your VAT settings and keeps your accounts, while anything that must go to the NRS is handled by your accountant or through the NRS channels. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec.
The one you enter. Promec does not decide which tax applies to a job; your accountant does. You can set more than one rate and choose per invoice line.
Promec does not connect to Nigerian banks or local payment apps. When a customer pays by transfer, POS or cash, you mark the invoice as paid with the method used and it goes into your accounts.
Your workshop keeps customer names, phone numbers and vehicle details, so it handles personal data. The Nigeria Data Protection Commission, set up under the Act, supervises how that is done. Promec only messages customers on channels they agreed to and keeps a log of what was sent.
Yes. Your invoices use the currency you configure, including naira. Promec's own subscription is priced in euros on this page.
No. The first three months are €1, and you can cancel any time from your subscription area. There is also a 15-day refund window.
Promec runs in the browser, and clocking in from the mechanics' app still works offline. You need a connection for the rest of the program.
Pay €1 for three months, stay without a contract, get a 15-day refund window and a free data transfer.
Write to us and we'll show you how Promec can help. No obligation.
