Job orders, estimates, spare parts, service and tehnički pregled reminders, and messages to customers, all in one program for servisi from Podgorica to the coast. PDV goes on every invoice line, in euros. Promec has no link to the Tax Administration or to fiscalization, so that side stays outside the program.
The Quotes screen as a Montenegrin workshop would use it: estimates by status, found by plate number, each one with its AI analysis.
A servis kept going by a notebook and five apps leaks money. Staff, estimates and takings side by side.
Each fault means adding up labour and parts from zero, and a driver who waits for a price rings another workshop.
The estimate goes out, the owner goes quiet and the second call never happens.
Invoices, supplier bills, PDV records and yet another subscription. All of it is time taken from the cars.
A servis in Podgorica, Nikšić, Bar, Budva or Kotor goes through the same routine every day: a car rolls in, the mechanic ("majstor") looks at it, the owner is given a price, parts are found, the job gets done and an invoice goes out. Promec keeps that whole chain on one job order ("radni nalog"): booking, estimate, spare parts, messages to the driver and an invoice in euros with your tax ID and a PDV rate on each line. Montenegro uses the euro, so your invoices and the Promec price list are in the same currency.
Promec does not connect to the Tax Administration of Montenegro (Poreska uprava) or to its electronic fiscalization system. It does not report your invoices to the authority and does not submit a PDV return. Any official invoicing or fiscalization step the law requires of your business, and the return itself, stay in your own software or with your accountant. A direct tax-authority link exists in Promec only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
From the first phone call to the paid invoice, each step is written on the same job order.
The AI takes the owner's description, or the OBD codes read from the car, works out the likely fault and prices it with your hourly rate and your parts prices.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email leave from the job itself. The owner opens a progress page to follow the repair and give the go-ahead from a phone.
Invoices show your tax ID, follow your own numbering and use the PDV rate you set on each line, with income and expenses recorded beside them. Promec does not connect to the Tax Administration or to the fiscalization system: any official invoicing step the law asks of you, and the PDV return, are handled in your own software or by your accountant.
It reads the car's OBD codes and explains them, tracks stock of new and second-hand spare parts and keeps the technical papers within reach.
Plan the day in the diary, share jobs between bays and see what the mechanics really finish. Everyone updates the job from a phone.
Every item below comes with each of the three plans.
Calls to the workshop land inside Promec. None is lost, and a short written summary of each is saved against the customer.
Drivers register their own car while your people carry on with the job.
Campaigns cost nothing extra and draw on the customers and vehicles Promec already holds.
Clock-ins, absences and personnel files live beside the jobs.
Most workshops stay with old software because they dread the switch. Learning material inside the program makes it far less daunting.
The figures an owner reviews, and an audit of who touched what.
Time in, pictures of the vehicle, the job report and the signature are all done at the car, and every step is pushed to the live status page which the owner has open.
Owners open their own link to see the state of the repair, the estimate awaiting approval, paperwork and live video from your workshop.
Every customer has a login: they list their vehicles, view past jobs and get a message shortly before the next service or tehnički pregled falls due. New bookings come from drivers who already know your servis.
Vehicles in Montenegro go through a technical inspection ("tehnički pregled") under the Law on Road Traffic Safety. The law names three kinds: regular, extraordinary and follow-up. The regular one is annual for ordinary vehicles, with a six-month cycle for certain categories such as vehicles used for public passenger transport, and a vehicle takes its annual inspection before its registration is renewed.
It is carried out by companies that hold an approval to run an inspection station, not by an ordinary workshop, and the Ministry of Interior has published a regulation on the inspection of vehicles. For a servis that makes the date a predictable reason for a car to arrive. Promec stores it on each vehicle, sends the owner a reminder and turns any defect the inspection finds into an estimate on the same record. It does not perform or certify the inspection.

A visitor sends their car and the fault, and it reaches you as a request ready to price.
The AI answers with a price while the driver is still ringing round.
A service, an oil change or a tehnički pregled coming due: the reminder sends the car back to you.
A review request follows each job, which helps nearby drivers find your workshop.
If you want it, ask us whether we can switch on automatic acquisition of private car owners in your part of Montenegro. Where it is available, new estimate requests reach you and you set the terms, without depending on insurers or fleets.

We load customers, vehicles and past jobs; your invoices carry on as usual.
Your labour rate goes in and the AI drafts a genuine estimate.
Owners watch the repair and authorise extra work from their phone.
AI estimating and WhatsApp reminders are live.
Our team migrates your data from your current system. You touch nothing and keep invoicing normally while we move everything.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
PDV. Value added tax (PDV) is administered by the Tax Administration (Poreska uprava). A PDV taxpayer issues an invoice for taxable supplies of goods and services, and returns are submitted through the Tax Administration's online portal. In Promec each invoice line carries the rate you choose and the totals feed your records. The return itself is prepared outside Promec.
Fiscalization. Montenegro also has electronic fiscalization under the Law on Fiscalization in the Trade of Products and Services: the taxpayer's system sends data on sales to the Tax Administration in real time through a fiscal service, and the Tax Administration publishes the technical specifications and a self-service portal for it. Promec has no connection to that system. Whether and how it applies to your workshop is for your accountant or your fiscalization software to settle.
Data protection. The supervisory authority is the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP). Reminders in Promec go only to customers who agreed to them, and every message is kept on file.

Begin with 3 months for €1 and cancel at any time from your subscription area. Choose the billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module replaces a chore now done on paper, in a spreadsheet or from memory. For each one: what it does for you, and what you need to bring.
Type in the plate and a job order opens: the driver's complaint, mileage, how the car looked on arrival and photos from a phone. Parts ordered, hours booked and the owner's approvals all attach to that order, so the file does not depend on who took the keys. Bring: plate numbers, VIN if known, billing details and your hourly labour rate.
Estimates are assembled from labour and parts lines and sent with a link to accept or decline. On acceptance the estimate becomes the job without retyping. The invoice comes off the closed job under your own numbering, with your tax ID and the PDV rate picked for each line. Promec transmits nothing to the Tax Administration and does not take part in fiscalization: the PDV return and any official invoicing step required of your business stay with your other software or your accountant. Bring: your numbering, the PDV rates you use, job-type prices and usual payment methods.
Each part carries a shelf location, cost, selling price and a minimum level, whether new or second-hand. Fitting it to a job reduces stock automatically, and a part that falls under its minimum joins the reorder list. Supplier delivery notes are compared with orders, showing what is paid, what is still on its way and what has stopped moving. Bring: a parts list with prices, your suppliers and one stock count.
A booking is placed on a bay with a mechanic and an estimated duration, so you see if there is genuinely space before you promise a car by Friday. Requests from your website go into the same diary, and a car waiting for a part remains on view without holding up a lift. Bring: bay count, opening hours, mechanics and typical job lengths.
Owners learn when the estimate is ready, when work begins and when the car can be collected, through the channel they prefer. Reminders for the next service and for the tehnički pregled go out ahead of the recorded date, and each message is saved on the customer's file. Bring: phone numbers and email addresses that customers have agreed you may use, plus the inspection date for each vehicle.
Turnover by period, margin split into labour and parts, estimates sent against estimates accepted, bay use and job mix, all built from records you already keep. Two useful answers come out: whether your hourly rate covers your running costs, and which part you buy dear and sell cheap. Bring: nothing extra.
Send the export your current program can give you. We clean it up first, for instance a customer entered twice or one part under three names, then load it into a test copy you can check. After that you set up bays, labour rates, numbering and permissions. In the opening days, invoice in Promec and use the old program only to look things up. Reception, mechanics and office staff are trained separately on your own jobs. You can export your data at any time, including on the day you leave.
No. Promec has no connection to the Tax Administration (Poreska uprava) or to Montenegro's electronic fiscalization system, and it submits nothing to either. It issues invoices with your tax ID, your own numbering and the PDV rate you choose on each line, and it keeps the sales and expense records behind them. The PDV return, and any official invoicing or fiscalization step your business must take under the law, stay in your other software or with your accountant. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
Whichever you have set up in the program. PDV rates come from the law and the Tax Administration publishes the current ones, so we print no figures here. Which rate applies to a given repair or part is for you or your accountant to decide.
Yes. Save the date on the vehicle and Promec sends the owner a reminder ahead of it, on the channel they agreed to. In Montenegro the regular inspection is annual for ordinary vehicles and comes before the registration is renewed, so the reminder helps the driver and gives you a job that is easy to predict. The inspection itself is done at an authorised station, not at your bay.
No. The technical inspection is carried out by companies that hold an approval to run an inspection station. What Promec does is keep the due date, remind the owner and turn whatever the inspection finds into an estimate on the same job record.
Promec processes personal data under the GDPR. Your workshop is the controller of its own customers' data and has its own duties under Montenegro's Law on Personal Data Protection, supervised by the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP). Messages go only to contacts who agreed to receive them, and each one is logged.
Yes to euros: the Promec price list is in euros, which is also the currency your workshop invoices in. There is no minimum term. The first three months cost €1, you can cancel from your subscription area whenever you like, and you have a 15-day right to withdraw and be refunded.
First three months for €1. Free to leave, 15 days to withdraw for a refund, free data import and personal support.
