Devis, repair orders, parts, contrôle technique reminders and customer messages in one program for independent garages in the Principality. TVA is applied line by line on your invoices; the return itself is made outside Promec.
Quotes as a Monaco garage would see them: each devis with its status, found by plate, and reviewed by the AI.
Running a garage with a pile of separate tools eats your hours. Who is in, what is waiting, what is billed.
Each fault sends you back to price the parts and hours from zero. Meanwhile the customer waits with other garages' numbers in their phone.
The devis goes out, then silence. With no reminder, many never become a job.
TVA records, supplier bills, data-protection rules and yet another subscription. Hours that never reach a bay.
A garage in La Condamine, Fontvieille or anywhere else in the Principality gets the full chain of work in Promec: the booking, the devis, the mechanic's phone app, parts, messages to the driver and the invoice in euros with your VAT number and the rate on each line.
Promec does not connect to the Direction des Services Fiscaux, nor to the French tax administration. It files no TVA return and sends no invoice to any authority. The return stays in your own software or with your accountant. Promec has a direct tax-authority link only in Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
One record follows the car from the first call to the paid invoice, with no retyping in between.
The AI reads the complaint, picks up the fault, OBD codes included, and drafts the devis from your labour rate and your parts prices.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email all go out from the job. The driver gets a private page to follow the repair and approve extra work from their phone.
Each invoice carries your VAT number, its place in the series and the rate you picked on every line, while income and expenses are recorded as you go. Promec sends nothing to the Direction des Services Fiscaux; your TVA return is prepared elsewhere.
The car's OBD codes are read and explained, new and used parts are tracked in stock, and your own technical documents sit next to the job.
Plan the day in the diary, share the jobs between bays, drag them on the board when one overruns, and see what each mechanic really gets done. The team works from their phones.
All of it comes with any of the three plans.
The garage's phone line lives inside the program. Calls are answered or logged, and each one leaves a short summary on the customer record.
Customers check in alone while you are under a car.
Offers go to the customers and cars already in Promec. No separate list to build.
Time clock, absences and staff files next to the jobs.
Fear of the changeover keeps many garages on old software. Courses and in-program guides make it lighter.
What an owner checks, plus a record of who changed what.
Monaco has its own contrôle technique. The inspection is carried out by the testers of the Monaco Vehicle Testing Centre, and the rules come from Monegasque texts: a Sovereign Ordinance and a ministerial decree. How often a vehicle is tested depends on its category, and the driver books a slot at the Centre online, by post or in person.
When a vehicle passes, a sticker with the next due date goes on its registration certificate. When faults are found, the driver has to repair and return for a follow-up inspection. A vehicle whose inspection is overdue may not be driven on public roads until it is regularised at the Centre.
That is where the garage comes in: before the date and after a failed test. In Promec the due date is stored on each vehicle, the reminder goes out ahead of it, and whatever the inspection turns up becomes a devis on the same record. Promec does not book the inspection and does not talk to the Centre.

Time clock, photos, job report and signature are all captured beside the car. Every step refreshes the progress page the driver is watching.
Each customer gets a private link with the repair status, the devis to accept, documents and live video from the garage camera.
Drivers sign in, add their cars, look up past work and receive a message before the next service or contrôle technique. Your bookings come from people who already know the garage.
A visitor to your website sends the car and the problem, and it lands ready for a devis.
The AI replies with a price while the driver is still comparing garages.
Service, oil change or contrôle technique due: the reminder brings the car back to your bay.
A review request goes out after each repair, which helps nearby drivers find you.
Ask us first whether this is running in Monaco. If it is, we can switch on requests from private drivers looking for a repair nearby. You accept what suits you at your own price, without leaning on insurers or fleet accounts.

TVA. Monaco applies French VAT rules under the tax convention of 18 May 1963: turnover taxes are charged in the Principality on the same bases and at the same rates as in France. In Monaco itself, the tax is run by the Direction des Services Fiscaux. Businesses that regularly carry out paid activity register with it and send their returns to it, on paper or through the optional e-TVA online service.
The invoice. MonEntreprise.mc lists what a Monaco invoice must show, among other things the identification of seller and customer, an individual VAT number, sequential numbering, the date, a description of the work or goods with quantities, unit prices and the VAT rate. Promec numbers invoices in series and shows your VAT number and the rate per line. Check the rest of the list, such as the company registration details, with your accountant.
What Promec does not do. It does not connect to the Direction des Services Fiscaux or to the French tax administration, files no return and sends no invoice to an authority. The return stays in your software or with your accountant.
Personal data. Monaco is not an EU member state, so the GDPR does not apply to a Monaco garage directly. Data protection is governed by Law no. 1.565 of 3 December 2024, which replaced the 1993 law, and the supervisory body is the APDP, an independent administrative authority that took over from the CCIN. In Promec, reminders go only to customers who agreed to them, and every message is kept on file.

Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module takes over something that today lives on paper, in a spreadsheet or in someone's head. Below: what it does, and what to have ready on day one.
Type the plate and the repair order opens. It holds the complaint, the mileage, the state of the car on arrival and the photos you take with a phone. Parts, hours and customer approvals then attach to that one record, so nothing depends on who took the keys. Have ready: plates, chassis numbers if you keep them, the customer's billing details and your hourly rate.
A devis is built from labour and parts lines, and the customer accepts or declines it from a link. Once accepted it becomes the job, with no retyping. The invoice comes from the finished job, numbered in its series, with your VAT number and the rate you chose on each line. Promec does not file the TVA return. Have ready: your invoice series, the TVA rates you use, your rates per type of job and how customers usually pay.
Every part has a location, a cost, a selling price and a minimum level, new or used. Fitting it to a job takes it out of stock, and dropping under the minimum puts it on the order list. Supplier deliveries are matched to orders, which shows what is paid, what is still on the way and what just sits on the shelf. Have ready: the parts list with prices, your suppliers and one stock count.
Bookings are placed on a bay and a mechanic with an expected duration. Before you promise a car for Friday, you can see whether Friday has room. Online bookings from your website arrive in the same diary, and cars waiting on a part stay visible without blocking a bay. Have ready: number of bays, opening hours, mechanics and how long your usual jobs take.
The driver hears when the devis is ready, when work begins and when the car can be collected, on the channel they chose. Service and contrôle technique reminders go out ahead of the date you stored. Each message is kept on the record. Have ready: phone numbers and emails customers agreed to share, and the contrôle technique due date of each car.
Sales per period, labour against parts margin, devis sent against devis accepted, bay use and the mix of jobs, all from records already in the system. Two questions they answer well: does your hourly rate cover your costs, and which part do you buy dear and sell cheap? Have ready: nothing extra.
You send the export from your current program, in whatever format it produces. We clean it before loading: the same plate entered twice, one customer under two names, one part spelled three ways. It goes into a test copy first, and you check the figures, series and stock. Then you set up bays, mechanics, rates and who may do what. For the first days, invoice in Promec and keep the old program to look things up. Reception, mechanics and back office are trained separately, on your own jobs. Your data stays yours: you can export it at any time, including the day you leave, and the move in costs nothing extra.
No. Promec has no connection with the Direction des Services Fiscaux and none with the French tax administration, and it sends them nothing. It issues invoices with your VAT number and the rate on each line and keeps the sales and expense records behind them. The return is prepared in your own accounting software or by your accountant. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec.
Any you set up. Under the 1963 tax convention, turnover taxes in Monaco follow the same bases and rates as in France, and rates are set by law, so no figures are printed here. Which rate applies to a repair or a part is for you or your accountant to decide.
No. Promec does not send invoices through any government or approved e-invoicing platform. Ask the Direction des Services Fiscaux or your accountant what applies to your business, and keep the return where it is today: outside Promec.
Yes. Save the due date on the car and Promec messages the driver before it, by the channel they agreed to. In Monaco the inspection is carried out by the testers of the Vehicle Testing Centre, so the reminder helps the driver book a slot, and anything the inspection finds can become a devis in the same record.
Your garage controls its customers' personal data, so it has its own duties under Monegasque Law no. 1.565 of 3 December 2024, overseen by the Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP). Promec processes data under the GDPR. Messages go only to contacts who agreed to them, and each one is logged.
Yes. The Promec price list is in euros, which is also the currency the garage invoices in.
No. The first three months cost €1, you can cancel from your subscription area whenever you like, and there is a 15-day right to withdraw and be refunded.
€1 for three months, no lock-in, a 15-day right to withdraw and free data migration.
