Estimates, job cards, spare parts, ITP and service reminders and customer messages in one program, for independent auto services from Chișinău to Bălți and Cahul. Invoices carry your own series and tax lines. Promec has no link to the State Tax Service, so the official side of invoicing stays outside it.
Estimates by status, each with its AI review, searched by registration number: the Quotes screen as a Moldovan shop would use it.
A service auto run on paper, phone chats and a spreadsheet loses work. One panel for the whole floor.
Each new fault sends you back to add up labour and parts, and a driver left waiting for the price rings another service auto.
You send the "deviz", the driver says he will think about it, and nobody rings again. Without a nudge, plenty of them fade out.
Invoices, supplier bills, VAT records and yet another subscription. Every hour spent there is an hour away from the cars.
A "service auto" in Chișinău, Bălți, Cahul or Orhei follows the same chain in Promec: the car logged by registration number, the estimate ("deviz"), the mechanic's phone, spare parts, messages to the driver and the invoice.
Promec does not connect to the State Tax Service (Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, SFS) and sends nothing to e-Factura. Whatever official invoicing the SFS requires of your business, and the VAT return, stay in your own software, on the SFS services portal or with your accountant. A direct tax-authority link exists in Promec only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
The first call, the "deviz", the parts, the repair, the invoice and the payment all hang off a single job record.
Describe the complaint, or plug in the OBD codes. The AI names the probable fault, then prices labour and parts from your own rates.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email leave from the job record. A progress link lets the customer watch the repair and say yes from a phone.
Each invoice carries your details, a number from your own series and the tax you set on every line, and income and spending are booked alongside. Promec does not talk to the State Tax Service or to e-Factura: the VAT return and any official invoicing duty stay in your own software or with your accountant.
It reads and explains OBD codes from the car, keeps stock of new and second-hand spares, and holds your technical documents close to the job.
Plan the day in the diary and on the board, spread the work across the lifts, and see what each mechanic finishes. Mechanics update their jobs from a phone.
Road vehicles registered in Moldova are subject to the periodic technical inspection, called ITP ("inspecția tehnică periodică"). Under the Road Transport Code (Law No. 150 of 17 July 2014) it is carried out at inspection stations that the National Road Transport Agency (Agenția Națională Transport Auto, ANTA) has authorised, and the station draws up an inspection report. That makes the ITP a date every owner has to plan around, and a natural reason for a car to reach a service auto.
In Promec the ITP due date lives on the vehicle. The reminder goes to the customer ahead of it, and whatever has to be put right before the inspection turns into an estimate on the same record. Promec does not connect to ANTA or to any inspection station.

All of it comes with each of the three plans.
The garage's phone lives in the program. No call is lost, and each ends as a short summary on the customer's record.
Drivers book in themselves while your team stays under the car.
Not an add-on: campaigns use the customers and cars you already have in Promec.
Clocking in, days off and staff records sit beside the jobs.
Worry about the changeover is what keeps most shops on old software. Training inside the program takes the edge off it.
What an owner checks each week, plus a trail of who changed what.
VAT. Value added tax (TVA) is set out in Title III of the Tax Code and administered by the State Tax Service (Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, SFS). A VAT-registered business issues a tax invoice ("factură fiscală", Article 93 of the Tax Code) for its taxable supplies. Promec puts the tax you choose on every invoice line and keeps the totals in your records. It does not file anything with the SFS.
e-Factura. e-Factura is an SFS electronic service for issuing and exchanging tax invoices between supplier and buyer, reached through the SFS services portal. The SFS keeps a list of taxpayers obliged to use it, and an electronic tax invoice has the same legal value as a paper one. Promec is not connected to e-Factura. If your business has to issue e-invoices, do it in e-Factura or through your accountant. Promec holds the job, the parts and the customer history behind them.
Data protection. Personal data is regulated by Law No. 195/2024, which the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, CNPDCP) says applies from 23 August 2026. Reminders in Promec go only to customers who agreed to them, and every message is kept on file.

Clocking in, photos of the car, the job report and the signature all happen beside the vehicle. Each step refreshes the progress link the customer is watching.
A personal link shows the customer the repair status, the estimate waiting for a decision, the documents and the live video from the garage camera.
Customers log in, add their cars, look over earlier work and get a message before the next service or ITP is due. Your bookings come from people who already know your shop.
A visitor sends the car and the fault, and it reaches you as a request ready to price.
The AI answers with a price while the driver is still ringing round.
A service, an oil change or an ITP falling due: a reminder sends the car back to you.
A review request follows each job and helps nearby drivers find you.
Whether it is live in Moldova is something to ask us. Where it is, we can turn on automatic requests from private motorists living near you who need a repair. Which jobs you accept, and at what price, is up to you, with no insurer or fleet contract behind it.

Customers, cars and past repairs are loaded by us while invoicing carries on.
Your hourly rate goes in, and the AI drafts a genuine estimate for a job you have.
Drivers watch the repair and approve extra work from their phones.
The AI is writing estimates and chasing them on WhatsApp.
Hand over the export from your current program. Our team loads it into Promec, and your old program can go on invoicing until you are satisfied that all of it has arrived.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Every module takes over something that lives today on paper, in a spreadsheet or in the owner's head. Below: what it handles, and what you need to bring along.
Enter the registration number and a job opens with the complaint in the driver's words, the odometer reading, the state of the car at drop-off and photos from your phone. Parts, hours and customer approvals all attach to that one job, so the story of the repair never depends on who happened to take the keys. Bring: registration numbers, the VIN where you have it, invoicing details per customer and your hourly labour rate.
The "deviz" is put together from labour and parts lines and goes to the customer as a link to accept or decline. Once accepted it turns into the job with nothing retyped. The invoice is produced from the closed job, from a series you choose, with the tax you set on each line. Promec does not report it to the State Tax Service or place it in e-Factura, so the VAT return and any official tax invoice remain in your own software or with your accountant. Bring: the invoice series you use, the tax rates that apply to you, your rates by kind of work and how customers usually pay.
Each part has a shelf position, a buying price, a selling price and a minimum level, new or second-hand. Fitting it to a job reduces the count, and falling under the minimum puts it on the reorder list. Supplier delivery notes are checked against your orders, including parts brought in from abroad, which shows what is paid, what is late and what is just sitting there. Bring: a parts list with prices, your suppliers and one clean stock count.
A booking is placed on a lift, with a mechanic and an expected duration, so you can see whether Friday has real room before promising it. Requests that come through your website drop into the same diary, and a car waiting for a part stays visible without blocking a lift. Bring: number of lifts, opening hours, your mechanics and typical times for your common jobs.
The driver is told when the estimate is ready, when work starts and when the car can be collected, on whichever channel they picked. Reminders for the next service and for the ITP go out ahead of the date you have recorded, and each message is filed on the customer's record. Bring: phone numbers and emails your customers agreed you may use, plus the ITP due date of each car.
Billing by period, margin split between labour and parts, estimates sent against estimates accepted, lift occupancy and the mix of jobs, all drawn from what you have already entered. Two questions they settle: does the hourly rate cover the running costs, and which part do you buy dear and sell cheap? Bring: nothing more.
Send us whatever export your present program can produce. We tidy it first, for instance one customer entered twice or one part spelled three ways, then load it into a trial copy for you to check. After that you set up lifts, labour rates, invoice series and permissions. In the first days, invoice from Promec and keep the old program for looking things up. Reception, mechanics and office staff are trained separately, on your own jobs. You can export your data whenever you want, including the day you leave.
No. Promec has no link to the State Tax Service (SFS) and does not send invoices to e-Factura. It issues invoices in your own series with the tax you set on each line and keeps the sales and expense records behind them. The VAT return, and any official tax invoice your business must issue, are handled in your own software, on the SFS services portal or by your accountant. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
Whichever you configure. VAT sits in Title III of the Tax Code and the SFS publishes the current rules, so we print no rates or thresholds here. Deciding which treatment applies to a repair, a part or your own registration is a matter for you and your accountant.
Yes. Put the ITP date on the vehicle and the customer gets a reminder before it, on the channel they chose. The inspection is carried out at stations authorised by the National Road Transport Agency, so every driver has the date to watch, and a timely message can bring the car to you first.
Promec processes personal data under the GDPR. Towards your own customers, your service auto is the controller, with its own duties under Moldova's Law No. 195/2024, supervised by the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP). Promec messages reach only contacts who have agreed, and every one is logged.
Promec's own prices are listed in euros. The invoices you send are built from your own series, tax and currency settings. Need a specific set-up on them? Ask us first, and do not assume it.
There is none. You pay €1 for the first three months and can stop from your subscription area at any point. On top of that, a 15-day right of withdrawal gets your money back.
Pay €1 for the first three months, walk away any time, take 15 days to change your mind, and have your old data loaded at no charge, with a person to call when you need one.
Write to us and we'll show you how Promec can help. No obligation.
