Quotes, bookings, PUSPAKOM reminders, spare parts and WhatsApp in one system for Malaysian workshops. Invoices show the service tax line you set; MyInvois submission to LHDN is not included.
The real Quotes page: search by plate or phone number, filter by status and see the AI review of each quote.
Managing the bengkel with notebooks and group chats loses jobs. Pits, quotes and cash in one view.
Each problem is costed again by hand, and a customer who waits too long simply drives to the next bengkel.
A price goes out once and nobody checks back. Without a reminder, many never turn into jobs.
SST, e-Invoice changes, receipts and bookkeeping. Every new rule seems to bring another app to pay for.
Whether the bengkel is in Shah Alam or Johor Bahru, Promec runs the part of the job between the customer's first message and payment: quotation, booking, mechanic app, spare parts, WhatsApp updates and an invoice with the service tax line you define.
Promec does not submit anything to LHDN. It is not connected to MyInvois, neither through the portal nor the API, so it does not obtain validation for an e-Invoice, and it does not file SST returns with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Those steps stay in your e-Invoice solution or with your tax agent. Promec's direct tax-authority link covers only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
A customer's WhatsApp becomes a quote, the quote becomes a job, and the payment is posted to your accounts on the same record.
Key in what the customer describes or scan the OBD codes, and the AI suggests the probable repair, costed with your upah (labour) and spare part prices.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email go out from the job, and customers get a link to follow the repair and approve extra work on their phone.
Invoices carry your SST registration number, a running number and the service tax line you configure, and every sale and expense is recorded. Promec does not submit e-Invoices to MyInvois or receive LHDN validation.
Promec reads and explains OBD codes, tracks new and used spare parts including recond stock, and keeps technical procedures ready.
Schedule the day, shift cars between pits when parts are delayed and see each mechanic's real output. Mechanics update jobs by phone.
Every plan comes with all of the following.
Calls to the bengkel run through Promec, so no call goes unnoticed and each one is summarised on the customer file.
Customers check in by themselves while mechanics stay in the pit.
Promotions reach customers and cars already in Promec, with no separate list to keep updated.
Attendance, MC and leave records next to the jobs.
Many owners avoid changing systems because of the learning period. Guided lessons cut it short.
Numbers the owner checks, and a trail of who edited what.
Attendance, car photos, repair report and the customer's signature, done beside the car. Every step updates the progress link the customer is watching.
Each customer receives a link showing job status, the quote to approve, documents and a live camera view from your bengkel.
Customers log in to add their cars, check previous services and receive a reminder before the next service or inspection date you recorded. Your regulars keep coming back.
Website enquiries come in with car model and problem already stated.
The AI answers with a price before the customer asks another bengkel.
Service, oil change or PUSPAKOM date: a reminder brings the car back.
Every finished job asks for a review so local drivers can find you.
Service tax. The Royal Malaysian Customs Department treats motor vehicle service or repair as a taxable service and publishes a specific guide for it. Promec lets you set the tax line on labour and parts, but registration and returns stay with you and your tax agent.
e-Invoice. LHDN is introducing e-Invoice for all businesses in phases. An e-Invoice is a structured XML or JSON file sent to LHDN through the MyInvois Portal or an API, and LHDN validates it. Promec does not connect to either channel, so it cannot produce a validated e-Invoice.
Inspections and data. PUSPAKOM runs vehicle inspections such as routine, ownership transfer and hire purchase checks. Saving the date lets Promec remind the owner in time. Customer details are covered by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, so reminders use only contacts the customer agreed to.

Ask us whether customer acquisition is active in your state. If it is, we can turn on requests from private car owners near your bengkel. You decide which jobs to accept and at what price, without depending only on insurance panel work or fleet accounts.

Customers, cars and history come in while you keep invoicing as usual.
Labour charges are set and the AI costs a real job.
Customers follow repairs and approve on their phones.
Quotes and WhatsApp follow-ups run on their own.
Give us an export from your existing software and our team loads it into Promec. The old system keeps invoicing until you are happy with the new records.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module replaces something done today in a notebook, a chat group or a spreadsheet. This is what it does and what you need to have ready.
A job order opens from the plate number. Record the mileage, what the customer says is wrong, the car's condition when it arrives and photos taken by phone. Spare parts used, mechanic hours and customer approvals all stay on that job order. Have ready: plate number, chassis number where possible, the customer's or company's billing details and your labour charges.
Quotes are built line by line from labour and spare parts and sent as a link to accept or decline. An accepted quote becomes a job without retyping, and the invoice is created from the finished job with a running number, your SST registration number and the service tax line you configure. Promec does not send it to MyInvois. Have ready: invoice series, tax treatment advised by your tax agent and accepted payment methods.
Each part has a rack location, cost, selling price and minimum quantity, and can be marked new, used or recond. Using a part on a job deducts it, and low stock shows on the reorder list. Supplier delivery orders are matched to purchase orders so you can see what is paid, what is pending and what is not moving. Have ready: parts list with cost and price, suppliers and a stock count.
Bookings are assigned to a pit and a mechanic with an estimated time, so you can see whether Saturday is really open before promising a pickup. Online bookings go into the same schedule, and cars waiting for parts stay visible without blocking a pit. Have ready: number of pits, opening hours, mechanics and usual job times.
Customers are told when the quote is ready, when work starts and when the car can be collected, on the channel they chose. Service reminders and reminders before the inspection date you recorded go out automatically, and each message is logged. Have ready: phone and email with consent, and inspection dates where relevant.
Sales by period, labour versus parts margin, quotes sent against accepted, pit usage and job mix come from recorded work. They tell you whether your labour charges cover costs and which part you sell too cheaply. Have ready: nothing more.
Send whatever export your current software gives. We clean duplicates first, such as one customer saved under two phone numbers or one part with three names, and load the data into a test copy so you can check invoice numbers and stock. Then set up pits, labour charges and user access. For the first few days invoice in Promec while the old system stays read-only, and train front counter, mechanics and admin separately. You can export your data at any time, even when leaving.
No. Promec is not connected to LHDN's MyInvois system, either through the portal or the API, so it cannot get an e-Invoice validated. If e-Invoice applies to your business under the phased rollout, submit through MyInvois or a connected solution. Promec keeps the quote, job and invoice details. A direct tax-authority link exists in Promec only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
Motor vehicle service or repair is listed as a taxable service by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, with its own industry guide. Whether you must register and charge it depends on your situation, so confirm with your tax agent. Promec only applies the tax line you configure and does not file SST returns.
Yes, if you store the inspection date on the vehicle. PUSPAKOM carries out the inspections itself, including routine, transfer of ownership and hire purchase inspections; Promec simply sends the reminder so the car can come in for a check first.
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 sets principles for handling personal data used in commercial transactions, and your bengkel is responsible for following them. Promec records consent for reminders and keeps a log of every message sent.
Promec's price list is published in euros. Invoices for your customers use the currency you configure, including ringgit.
Yes. Send the export your software produces and our team cleans and loads it. Inbound migration is included; certain source systems or very large volumes may cost extra, as explained in the terms.
Three months for €1, no contract period, 15-day refund and data migration included.
