Estimates, job cards, spare parts, MFK reminders and customer messages in one program for garages in the Principality. Every invoice carries your VAT number and the rate on each line. The VAT return itself stays with your fiduciary or your own login to the Liechtenstein tax administration.
The Quotes screen: estimates by status, found by number plate, each with its AI analysis and job record.
A workshop held together by notes and separate tools costs you jobs. Lifts, staff, estimates and takings together.
Every fault starts on a blank page. In a market this small, a driver kept waiting rings the next garage.
The estimate goes out and nobody follows it up. Without a nudge, plenty never become work.
Invoices, supplier bills, VAT records and data-protection duties. Hours that come off the lifts.
A garage in Vaduz, Schaan or Balzers still runs on the same chain: the booking, the estimate, the mechanic's phone, the parts order, the message to the customer and the invoice. Promec keeps that chain in one record, with your VAT number and the rate on each invoice line.
Promec is not connected to the Liechtenstein tax administration (Steuerverwaltung) or to any other tax authority in the country. It submits no VAT returns. The return stays in your accounting software, with your fiduciary (Treuhänder) or through your own login to the authority's portal. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
Liechtenstein uses the Swiss franc. Promec's own price list is shown in euros, and the invoices your garage issues go out in the currency you configure in the program.
From the call that books the car to the invoice that gets paid: one record, no retyping.
Describe the fault, or feed in the OBD codes, and the AI drafts the repair using your labour rate and parts prices. You check it and send it.
Email, SMS and the WhatsApp Business API leave from the job itself, and every customer gets a status page where they can follow the repair and approve extra work from a phone.
Each invoice shows your VAT number, the customer, the job and the VAT rate you set per line, while income and expenses are recorded as you work. Promec does not send anything to a tax authority in Liechtenstein: the return is prepared outside the program.
OBD codes from the car come with a plain explanation, new and used parts are counted in stock, and your own technical documents stay within reach.
Plan the day in the calendar, spread jobs over the lifts, shift them on the board when one overruns, and see what each mechanic really gets done. Mechanics update their jobs on the phone.
All of it comes with whichever plan you pick.
The garage number is handled inside Promec. Missed calls are listed and each call leaves a short summary on the customer record.
Customers check the car in themselves while you carry on under the bonnet.
Offers go to customers and cars already stored in Promec, with no separate mailing list to keep.
Clocking in, absences and staff files sit beside the jobs.
Changing systems worries garages more than the price does. Video lessons and guides inside the program make the move smaller.
The figures an owner watches, plus a record of who changed what.
The periodic inspection. The Amt für Strassenverkehr (ASV) in Vaduz runs it. It took over from the old Motorfahrzeugkontrolle in 2019, though drivers and mechanics still say "MFK". For a passenger car the first periodic check falls four years after it was first put on the road. A car that fails can have its defects put right at a garage the ASV has authorised for the repair-confirmation procedure (Reparatur-Bestätigungs-Verfahren), which saves a second ASV appointment; if your garage is one of them, the repair is an ordinary job on the vehicle record. Promec stores each car's due date, reminds the owner ahead of it and turns any defect into an estimate.
VAT. Liechtenstein and Switzerland form one VAT territory under a treaty linked to their customs union, and the Swiss tax administration counts Liechtenstein as part of that territory. Even so, Liechtenstein has its own VAT act built on the Swiss model, and a business based in Liechtenstein registers with the Liechtenstein tax administration. Under that act an invoice normally shows the supplier and its VAT register number, the customer, the date of supply where it differs, what was supplied, the price, and the rate and amount of tax. Only registered businesses may show VAT at all. In Promec each line carries a rate and the totals flow into your books. The return is still made outside Promec.
E-invoicing and data. Sending invoices electronically between businesses is voluntary in Liechtenstein and rests on agreement between the parties; public bodies must accept e-invoices in the European standard for procurement above the EU thresholds. Promec sends nothing to an authority. On data, the GDPR applies through the EEA together with the national Data Protection Act, and the Datenschutzstelle is the supervisory authority. Reminders go only to customers who agreed to them, and every message stays on file.

Clocking in, photos, the job report and the signature happen beside the car. Each step updates the status page that the customer follows.
The customer opens a private link and sees the repair status, the estimate to accept, documents and live video from the garage camera.
Customers log in, add their cars, look up earlier work and get a message ahead of the next service or MFK. Bookings then come from people who already know your garage, which counts for a lot in a country this size.
A visitor sends the car and the fault, and the request arrives ready to be priced.
The AI answers with a price while the driver is still comparing garages.
Service, oil change or MFK coming up: the reminder sends the car back to your lift.
A review request follows each job, so people searching nearby find you.
Ask us first whether this is running in Liechtenstein. If it is, we can turn on requests from private drivers who want a repair close by. You choose the jobs and set your own price instead of leaning on insurers or fleet contracts.

Promec does not file VAT returns and has no link to the Liechtenstein tax administration, so registration, returns and any queries from the authority remain with your fiduciary or your own login.
It does not send anything to the Amt für Strassenverkehr either. The date a car is next due at the ASV is a date you record, and Promec uses it to remind the customer.
The subscription price is in euros. Invoices to your customers are in the currency you set up, so check with your fiduciary how you want francs and euros handled in your books.
Automatic requests from private drivers are an optional feature, and we confirm first whether it is running in your area. In a country this small, expect it to be a supplement to the customers you already have.
Customers, cars and history come in with you while invoicing carries on.
We enter your rates and the AI builds a real estimate with them.
Customers follow their repair and approve work from a phone.
AI estimates and WhatsApp follow-ups are running.
You send us the export from the program you use now, and our team loads it into Promec. You keep invoicing as usual until you have checked that everything arrived.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module takes over a job now done on paper, in a spreadsheet or from memory. Below: what it does and what to have ready.
Type the plate and the job opens with the customer's complaint, the mileage, the state of the car and photos taken on a phone. Parts, hours and approvals attach to that job, so nothing depends on who took the key. Have ready: plates, chassis numbers if you keep them, customer invoicing details and your hourly rate.
An estimate is built from labour and parts lines and sent with a link to accept or refuse. Once accepted it becomes the job without retyping. The invoice comes from the finished job, numbered in sequence, with your VAT number and a rate on every line. Promec transmits nothing to the tax administration. Have ready: your invoice series, the VAT rates you use, rates by type of job and how customers usually pay.
A reference holds its shelf location, cost, selling price and minimum level. Fit it to a job and stock drops by itself; below the minimum it lands on the reorder list. Supplier delivery notes are checked against orders, so you can see what is paid, what has not arrived and what sits unsold. Have ready: the parts list with prices, your suppliers and one stock count.
Each booking goes to a lift and a mechanic with a duration, so you can tell whether Thursday has room before you promise the car. Online bookings drop into the same calendar, and cars waiting for a part remain visible without blocking a lift. Have ready: number of lifts, opening hours, mechanics and how long your usual jobs take.
The customer hears when the estimate is ready, when work begins and when to collect, on the channel they picked. Service and MFK reminders go out ahead of the date you stored, and every message is kept on the record. Have ready: phone numbers and emails your customers agreed to, plus each car's MFK due date.
Sales per period, margin on labour against parts, estimates sent against accepted, lift use and the mix of jobs, all drawn from what is already recorded. Use them to check whether your hourly rate covers your costs and to catch the part you buy dear and sell cheap. Have ready: nothing extra.
Send the export from your current system and our team migrates your customers, vehicles, estimates and history. You carry on invoicing until you have checked the result, and your staff are supported from the first day. Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and the volume of data. See the terms.
No. Promec has no connection to the Steuerverwaltung and files nothing on your behalf. It issues invoices with your VAT number, your numbering and the rate you set on each line, and keeps the income and expense records behind them. The return is prepared in your accounting software, by your fiduciary or in your own login. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link.
Partly, and the difference matters. Under a treaty tied to the customs union, Liechtenstein and Switzerland share one VAT territory and Liechtenstein's VAT act follows the Swiss model. But Liechtenstein has its own act, and a business based in Liechtenstein registers with the Liechtenstein tax administration, not the Swiss one. Ask your fiduciary how this applies to sales to Swiss customers. Promec does not decide that for you.
Only if you are on the VAT register. The Liechtenstein VAT act lets registered businesses show the tax on an invoice and does not allow anyone else to. Where VAT is shown, the invoice states your VAT register number, the customer, what was supplied, the price, and the rate and amount of tax. Promec places your number and a rate on every line; whether you are registered is for you and your fiduciary.
Yes. Save the date the car is next due at the Amt für Strassenverkehr and Promec sends the owner a reminder ahead of it, by the channel they agreed to. If the check finds defects, the repair can be estimated and booked on the same record. Promec does not send anything to the ASV, so the due date is one you enter.
The one you configure in the program. Promec's own subscription price is listed in euros.
Promec processes data under the GDPR, which applies in Liechtenstein through the EEA alongside the national Data Protection Act. Your garage is the controller of its customers' details, and the supervisory authority is the Datenschutzstelle. Messages only go to contacts who agreed, and each one is logged on the customer record.
No. The first three months cost €1, you can cancel from your subscription area whenever you like, and there is a 15-day money-back right.
