Estimates, job cards, spare parts, service and technical-control reminders and customer messages in one program for independent garages from Pristina to Prizren. TVSH goes on each invoice line; the return stays with ATK and your accountant.
The Quotes screen: estimates listed by status and number plate, each with its AI review.
A servis kept together with a notebook and five apps costs you jobs. Who is in, what is waiting, what has been paid.
Every fault starts a new search for parts and hours, and a driver left waiting rings the next garage.
You send the price and hear nothing. With no chasing, many of them simply fade away.
Invoices, purchase bills, fiscal receipts and one more subscription. Every hour on them is an hour away from the cars.
Whether the servis is in Pristina, Prizren, Peja, Gjilan or Ferizaj, Promec follows a car from the first call to the paid invoice: the booking, the estimate, the mechanic's phone, the spare parts (pjesë këmbimi), the messages to the driver and invoices in euros with a TVSH rate on every line.
Promec is not connected to the Tax Administration of Kosovo (ATK). It does not send data to ATK, does not print fiscal coupons and does not file TVSH returns. Where the rules require a fiscal coupon, that stays with your fiscal cash register or fiscal software, and the return stays with your accountant or your own ATK access. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
From the first phone call to the paid invoice, one job record carries the booking, the diagnosis, the approval and the payment.
The AI takes the customer's description or the OBD codes, proposes the likely fault and builds the estimate from your labour rate and your parts prices.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email go out from the same screen. The customer also gets a status page where they can read the estimate and approve it from a phone.
Invoices leave in euros, in your own series, with the TVSH rate you choose on every line, and income and costs are booked as you go. Promec is not linked to the Tax Administration of Kosovo and does not print fiscal coupons: what the law requires you to file or fiscalise happens outside it.
Fault codes are read from the car and explained in plain words, new and used parts are tracked in stock, and your technical documents stay one click away.
Plan the day in the calendar, place each job on a bay, shift it on the board when something runs late, and see what each mechanic really finishes. The mechanics work from their phones.
Every plan has all of it.
The garage's number is answered inside Promec. Calls you miss are listed, and each call leaves a short summary on the customer's file.
Customers book in and out by themselves while you are under a car.
Messages go to the customers and cars already in Promec. No separate list to keep.
Clocking in, days off and employee files sit next to the jobs.
Fear of the changeover keeps many garages on old software. Guides and video lessons take most of that away.
The figures an owner checks, plus a record of who changed what.
Technical control. Kosovo's Law No. 05/L-132 on Vehicles defines technical control as an inspection that checks a vehicle is safe for public roads and meets safety and environmental requirements. It is carried out by legal entities authorised for it, and the law names three kinds: extraordinary, annual and six-month controls, depending on the vehicle. When a vehicle passes, the certificate says when the next control falls due. In the original 2017 text an extraordinary control follows, for example, an accident that affected wheels, steering or brakes, or changes to safety systems. The law has been amended several times, so check the current version for your customer's vehicle type. Promec stores the due date on each car, sends the reminder and turns anything the control finds into an estimate on the same record.
TVSH and invoices. Value added tax (TVSH) is governed by Law No. 05/L-037 and administered by the Tax Administration of Kosovo (ATK). An invoice to another business must show, among other things, the date, a sequential number, the seller's VAT and fiscal numbers, the nature of the work or goods, the rate and the amount of VAT. Each Promec invoice line carries the rate you pick, and the totals feed your accounts. Ask your accountant to confirm that the layout suits your case.
Fiscal coupons. Separately from invoices, ATK's instruction on electronic fiscal devices, fiscal systems and fiscal software says that sales to the final consumer get a fiscal coupon generated by an approved device or software that reports to ATK. Promec is not connected to ATK and does not produce fiscal coupons. If your garage sells over the counter, that step stays in your fiscal cash register or fiscal software.
Personal data. Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data applies, and the supervisory body is the Information and Privacy Agency. Reminders go only to customers who agreed to them, and each message stays on file.

Time on the job, photos, the report and the signature all happen beside the car. Every step refreshes the status page that the customer is watching.
The customer opens a personal link and sees where the repair stands, the estimate to accept, the documents and, if you switch it on, the garage camera.
Customers sign in, register their cars, look up past work and get a message ahead of the next service or technical control. Your diary fills from people who already know your garage.
A visitor sends the car and the problem, and the request arrives ready to be priced.
The AI prices the job and replies while the driver is still comparing garages.
Service, oil change or technical control coming up: the reminder does the calling for you.
A review request follows each finished job, so people searching nearby find you more easily.
Ask us first whether it is available in Kosovo. Where it is, we can switch on requests from private drivers who need a repair close by. You choose the jobs and set the price, rather than depend on insurers or fleet contracts.

Customers, cars and history are loaded for you while invoicing carries on.
We enter your labour rate and the AI drafts a real estimate.
Drivers follow the repair and approve extra work from a phone.
AI estimates and WhatsApp follow-up are working.
Give us the export from your current program and our team loads it into Promec. You keep invoicing in the old one until you have checked that everything arrived.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module takes over a job that today lives on paper, in a spreadsheet or in someone's head. Below: what it does and what to have ready before you start.
Type the number plate and the job card opens with the customer's complaint, the odometer reading, the state of the car and photos from a phone. Parts, hours and approvals attach to that card, so the job never depends on who happened to take the keys. Have ready: plates, VIN where you keep it, the customer's billing details and your hourly rate.
An estimate is built from labour and parts lines and sent as a link the customer can accept or decline. Once accepted it becomes the job without retyping. The invoice is issued from the closed job in your own series, with the TVSH rate you set on every line. Promec does not issue fiscal coupons and does not report to the Tax Administration of Kosovo, so check with your accountant how your retail counter sales are fiscalised. Have ready: your invoice series, the TVSH rates you use, labour rates by job type and payment methods.
Each part has a shelf location, a purchase price, a selling price and a minimum level, whether it is new or used. Fitting it to a job reduces stock; dropping under the minimum puts it on the order list. Supplier delivery notes are matched with orders, imports included, so you can see what is paid, what is on the way and what has sat unsold. Have ready: a parts list with prices, your suppliers and one stock count.
Bookings are placed on a bay and a mechanic with an expected duration, so you know if Thursday really has room before you promise the car. Bookings made on your website land in the same calendar, and a car waiting for a part stays visible without taking up a bay. Have ready: how many bays, opening hours, who works there and how long your usual jobs take.
The customer hears when the estimate is ready, when work starts and when the car can be collected, through the channel they agreed to. Service and technical-control reminders go out ahead of the date you saved, and every message stays in the customer's file. Have ready: phone numbers and emails that customers agreed to be contacted on, and the date their technical control certificate runs to.
Sales by period, margin on labour against parts, estimates sent against accepted, bay use and the mix of jobs, all from records that are already there. Two practical uses: seeing whether your hourly rate covers your costs, and finding the part you buy high and sell low. Have ready: nothing extra.
Send the export from the program you use now. We clean it first (customers entered twice, one part under three names), load it into a test copy for you to check, and then you set up bays, rates and permissions. For the first days, invoice in Promec and keep the old program to look things up. Reception, mechanics and office staff are trained separately, on your own jobs. Your data can be exported at any time, including the day you leave.
No. Promec has no link to the Tax Administration of Kosovo (ATK). It does not report sales to ATK, does not issue fiscal coupons and does not file TVSH returns. It issues invoices in your own series, with the TVSH rate you choose on each line, and keeps the records behind them. Filing and any fiscalisation duty stay in your fiscal device or software, or with your accountant. A direct tax-authority link exists in Promec only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
ATK's rules on fiscal devices say that anyone selling goods or services to the final consumer issues a fiscal coupon, produced by a fiscal cash register, fiscal system or approved fiscal software that reports to ATK. Sales to other buyers use a tax invoice. Promec produces invoices, not fiscal coupons. Ask your accountant which applies to each kind of sale in your garage, and check the current text on the ATK site.
Any you set up. TVSH is governed by Law No. 05/L-037 on Value Added Tax and ATK publishes the current rates and rules, so no figures are printed here. Which rate applies to a repair or a part is for you or your accountant to decide.
Yes. Save the date on the car's technical control certificate and Promec messages the driver ahead of it, on the channel they agreed to. The Law on Vehicles requires a certificate from an entity authorised for technical control, and the certificate states when the next control is due. Promec does not book the control itself.
Promec processes personal data under the GDPR. Your garage, as controller of its customers' data, has its own duties under Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data, supervised by the Information and Privacy Agency. Messages go only to contacts who agreed to receive them, and each one is logged.
The Promec price list is in euros, and Kosovo uses the euro. Your garage's own invoices go out in whichever currency you configure in the program.
No. The first three months cost €1, you can cancel from your subscription area whenever you like, and you have a 15-day right of withdrawal with a refund.
