Offers, work orders, spare parts, service and technical inspection ("tehnički pregled") reminders and customer messages in one program, for independent workshops from Sarajevo to Banja Luka. Invoices use your own numbering and a VAT (PDV) rate on each line. The VAT return itself stays with you or your accountant.
The Quotes screen: offers sorted by status, searchable by plate, with the AI's reading of each one and the job history behind it.
An autoservis held together by notebooks and chat threads loses jobs. Bays, mechanics and takings together.
Looking up parts and working out the labour again for every car takes time, and a driver left waiting for a price rings the next servis.
The price goes out, the driver says he will think about it, and nobody calls him again.
Invoices, PDV records, supplier bills and privacy rules. More subscriptions, more folders, less time under the car.
An autoservis in Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Tuzla, Mostar, Zenica or Brčko gets the same chain of work in Promec: the car booked in, the offer, the mechanic's phone app, spare parts, messages to the driver and an invoice showing your business details and a PDV rate on every line.
Promec does not connect to the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) or to any tax office in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It files no VAT return and submits no invoice to an authority, so the return stays with you or your accountant. Promec has a direct link to a tax authority in only five countries: Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
From the first phone call to the paid invoice, every step lands on one job record instead of being spread across three programs.
The AI takes the driver's description or the OBD codes, works out the likely fault and drafts the offer from your labour rate and your parts prices. You check it before it goes out.
Email, SMS and the WhatsApp Business API go out from the job itself. Each customer gets a status link to follow the repair and approve extra work from a phone.
Every invoice carries your own numbering series, your business details and the PDV rate you pick on each line, while income and expenses are booked as you go. Promec sends nothing to the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) or to any other tax office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, so the VAT return is prepared outside it.
Fault codes from the car's OBD socket are explained in plain language, new and used parts are held in stock, and your own technical documents stay a click away.
Plan the day in the calendar, share the jobs across the bays, drag a job along the board when something overruns, and see what each mechanic really produces. They update the work from a phone.
All three plans have every one of them.
The workshop line runs inside Promec, so a missed call lands on a list and every answered call leaves a short summary on the customer's record.
Drivers check in on their own while the mechanics stay at work.
Promotions go to the customers and cars already stored in Promec, so there is no separate list to keep up.
Clocking in, leave and staff files next to the jobs.
Fear of the changeover is what keeps most shops on old software. Video lessons and guides inside the program take the edge off it.
What the owner watches, plus a record of who changed what.
Vehicle inspection in Bosnia and Herzegovina starts from a state law, the Law on the Basics of Road Traffic Safety in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a state rulebook on technical inspections of vehicles. They provide for regular, preventive and extraordinary inspections, which are carried out at an approved station for technical inspection of vehicles. A vehicle can be registered, or its registration extended, only if the inspection finds it technically sound, which is why the inspection date is one of the most predictable reasons for a car to reach a workshop.
What depends on where you are. Under the law, the approval and supervision of the stations belong to the ministries responsible for transport in the entities and cantons and to the Brčko District, while registration is done by the internal affairs authorities. So the station network and local practice are not identical across the Federation, Republika Srpska and Brčko. Promec does not try to model that: it stores the inspection date you enter for each car, sends the reminder and turns anything the inspection finds into an offer on the same record.

Clocking in, photos, the job report and the signature all happen beside the vehicle. Each step refreshes the status page the driver is watching.
Each customer gets a private link showing the repair status, the offer to accept, documents and video from the shop.
Customers sign in, add their cars, look up earlier work and get a message ahead of the next service or the "tehnički". Those bookings come from people who already know your autoservis.
A visitor sends the car and the fault, and the request arrives ready to be priced.
The AI answers with a price while the driver is still comparing workshops.
A service, an oil change or the "tehnički" is due, and a reminder sends the car back to your bay.
A review request follows every job, so drivers nearby find you more easily.
It is not on by default and may not be running in your area yet. Ask us first; if it is, we can turn on requests from private drivers who need a repair nearby. You take the jobs you want at your own prices, instead of relying on insurers or fleets.

PDV. Value added tax is administered across the country by the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO), which keeps the Unified Register of Indirect Taxpayers. The VAT law requires a taxpayer to issue an invoice, or a document serving as one, for each supply of goods and services, with exceptions for exempt supplies. A credit note is issued when goods come back, a discount is granted after invoicing, or extra payment is received. A business that is not registered cannot show VAT on its invoices. In Promec each invoice line carries the rate you choose, and the totals go into your accounts. The return is not filed from Promec, because there is no link to UIO.
Personal data. The Law on Personal Data Protection (Službeni glasnik BiH 12/25) is harmonised with the EU GDPR, and the Agency for Personal Data Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the supervisory body. In Promec, reminders reach only customers who agreed to them, and each message is kept on file.

Your customers, cars and job history come across while you keep invoicing as usual.
We enter your labour rate and the AI drafts a real offer with it.
Drivers follow their repair and approve work from their phone.
AI offers and WhatsApp follow-ups are doing their part.
Send us the export from your present program and our team loads it into Promec. You retype nothing, and the old program can keep issuing invoices until you have checked that everything arrived.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Start with 3 months for €1 and cancel whenever you like from your subscription area. Pick your billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module takes over something now done in a notebook, a spreadsheet or someone's head. Below: what it covers, and what to have ready on day one.
Type the plate and the job opens with the driver's complaint, the mileage, the condition the car arrives in and photos taken on a phone. Parts ordered, hours worked and the customer's go-ahead all attach to that record, so nothing depends on who took the keys. Have ready: plates, chassis numbers if you record them, the customer's invoicing details and your hourly rate.
An offer is put together from labour and parts lines and sent with a link to accept or refuse. Once accepted it becomes the job, with nothing typed twice. The invoice comes from the finished job in its own numbered series, with your business details and the PDV rate chosen for each line. Promec does not send invoices or returns to UIO. Have ready: your invoice series, the rates you apply, labour prices by type of job and your usual ways of getting paid.
Every part has a shelf position, a purchase price, a selling price and a minimum level, new or used. Fitting it to a job lowers the count, and dropping under the minimum puts it on the order list. Supplier deliveries, imported ones included, are checked against orders, so you can see what is paid, what is still coming and what has sat on the shelf for a year. Have ready: the parts list with prices, your suppliers and one stock count.
Bookings go to a bay and a mechanic with an expected duration, so you know whether Friday has room before you promise the car. Online bookings arrive in the same calendar. Cars waiting for a part stay visible without blocking a bay. Have ready: the number of bays, opening hours, who works which days and how long your usual jobs take.
The driver hears when the offer is ready, when work starts and when the car can be collected, on the channel they agreed to. Service reminders and reminders for the "tehnički pregled" go out ahead of the date you saved, and each message stays on the record. Have ready: phone numbers and emails customers agreed to be contacted on, and each car's inspection date.
Turnover by period, the margin on labour against parts, offers sent against offers accepted, bay use and the mix of jobs, taken from what is already stored. Two questions they answer well: does the hourly rate cover the costs, and which part do you buy dear and sell cheap. Have ready: nothing extra.
You send the export from your present program, in whatever form it can produce. We tidy it first (the same customer twice, one part under three names), load it into a test copy for you to check, and then you set up bays, rates and who may see what. For the first days, invoice in Promec and keep the old program open for lookups. Reception, mechanics and office staff are trained separately, on your own jobs. Your data can be exported at any time, including the day you leave.
No. Promec has no connection to the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) or to any tax office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it submits nothing. It issues your invoices with your numbering and a PDV rate on each line and keeps the records behind them. The VAT return is filed by you or your accountant. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link.
Whichever you set. VAT is administered at state level by UIO, and the rate is fixed by the VAT law, so check the current one on UIO's site or with your accountant. In Promec you choose it per line, and a business that is not registered for PDV should not show a VAT amount on its invoices.
Yes. Save the inspection date on the car and Promec messages the customer before it, on the channel they agreed to. The reminder is worth sending: under the state law a vehicle can be registered or have its registration extended only if it passes inspection at a station.
The framework is a state law and a state rulebook, but the ministries of the entities and cantons and the Brčko District approve and supervise the inspection stations, so details of how it works locally can differ. Promec keeps whichever due date you enter for each car and does not decide it for you.
Promec processes data under the EU GDPR. Your workshop, as the controller of its customers' data, has its own duties under the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, overseen by the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP). Messages only go to contacts the customer agreed to, and each one is logged.
Yes. The price list and billing are in euros, and prices exclude VAT. The first three months cost €1, there is no lock-in, and you have a 15-day money-back right.
