Estimates, job cards, spare parts, inspection reminders and customer messages in one program for independent workshops from Tirana to the coast. Invoices carry your NIPT and TVSH by line. Promec does not report to the tax administration.
Promec's Quotes screen: estimates filtered by status, found by plate, each with its AI analysis and job record.
A workshop held together by notebooks and separate apps costs you time. Cars, staff and money, side by side.
Each fault is priced from zero, and the driver who waits for the figure phones the next workshop.
The price goes out, the customer goes quiet and nobody has a spare minute to ring again.
Invoices, TVSH records, supplier bills and data-protection rules. Another subscription each time, and more hours away from the car.
In a servis auto in Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Shkodër or Korçë, Promec follows the car from the first phone call to the paid invoice: the booking, the estimate, the mechanic's phone, the spare parts (pjesë këmbimi), the messages to the driver and an invoice that shows your NIPT and a TVSH rate on each line.
Promec is not connected to the Albanian tax administration (Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Tatimeve). It does not send invoices to the central invoice platform, does not obtain the NIVF code for them and does not file a TVSH return. Any official invoicing or fiscalisation duty that applies to your business stays in the software you use for it, or with your accountant. Only Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia have a direct tax-authority link in Promec today.
One record runs from the driver's first call to the invoice that gets paid, so nothing is copied from one program into another.
The AI takes the driver's description or the OBD codes, proposes the repair and prices it from your hourly rate and your margin on parts.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email go out from the job itself. The driver also gets a progress page to follow the car and approve extra work from a phone.
Each invoice shows your NIPT, follows your own series and applies the TVSH rate you pick for each line. Income and expenses are booked as you go. Nothing is sent to the tax administration: the return and any fiscalisation duty are dealt with outside Promec.
OBD codes are explained plainly, new and used parts are tracked in stock, and technical documents stay one click away.
Plan the day in the diary and on the board, share jobs between bays and see what each mechanic really gets done. Mechanics update jobs from their phones.
You get all of it on any of the three plans.
The workshop's number rings inside Promec. Missed calls are listed, and every call leaves a short summary on the customer record.
Drivers check the car in themselves while the mechanics stay under the lift.
Offers go to the customers and cars already stored in Promec. There is no separate mailing list to keep.
Clocking in, leave and staff files next to the jobs.
Many workshops stay with an old program because switching sounds risky. Video lessons and guides inside the program make the change easier.
The figures an owner checks, plus a record of who changed what.
Kontrolli teknik. The periodic technical inspection of road vehicles is compulsory. It sits under the General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DPSHTRR), which runs technical inspection centres in several regions. Appointments are booked on the e-Albania platform, and driving without a valid inspection can be fined. For a garage it is a predictable reason for a car to arrive. Promec keeps the due date on each vehicle, sends the reminder, and turns anything the inspection turns up into an estimate on the same record.
TVSH. Value added tax is regulated by Law No. 92/2014. It is a general consumption tax charged at each stage of production and distribution, and taxable persons register, keep records, file returns and pay. In Promec each invoice line carries the rate you choose and the totals feed your accounts. The return itself is prepared outside Promec.
Electronic invoicing. Law No. 87/2019 on invoicing and the monitoring system for business transactions has invoices issued through the tax administration's central invoice platform, where each receives a unique identifier, the NIVF. Promec does not connect to that platform. Check with your accountant which of these duties apply to you and which software you use to meet them.
Personal data. Law No. 124/2024 on the protection of personal data applies, and the supervisory authority is the Commissioner for the Right to Information and the Protection of Personal Data. In Promec, reminders go only to customers who agreed to them, and each message stays on file.

Clock-in, photos, job report and signature all happen beside the car. Each step refreshes the progress page the driver follows.
Each driver opens a private link: repair status, the estimate to approve, documents and a live camera view from the workshop.
Drivers sign in, add their cars, see earlier work and get a message before the next service or technical inspection. Bookings come from people who already know your workshop.
A visitor sends the car and the fault, and the request arrives ready to be priced.
The AI sends a price while the driver is still comparing workshops.
Service due, oil change or technical inspection coming up: a reminder sends the car back to you.
A review request follows each repair, which helps local drivers find the workshop.
Ask us first whether it is active in Albania. Where it runs, we can switch on requests from private drivers who need a repair nearby. You pick the jobs and set the price, instead of leaning on insurers or fleet contracts.

Customers, cars and repair history come across while you carry on invoicing.
We enter your rates and the AI drafts a real estimate.
Drivers follow the repair and approve work from their phones.
AI estimates and WhatsApp follow-ups are working.
Give us the export from your current system and our team loads it. You keep invoicing as usual until the move is done.
Data transfer may carry additional costs depending on the source system and data volume. See terms.
Begin with 3 months for €1 and cancel at any time from your subscription area. Choose the billing cycle above.
Prices exclude VAT, for businesses and self-employed. €1 in total for the first 3 months, taxes included. From the fourth month the chosen plan is billed automatically. No lock-in: you can cancel before that date. You also have a 15-day money-back withdrawal right. Calls and WhatsApp usage are billed separately.
Each module takes over something now kept in a notebook, a spreadsheet or somebody's head. Below: what it does, and what to have ready on day one.
Type the plate and the job opens with the driver's complaint, the mileage, the condition of the car and phone photos. Parts, hours and approvals attach to that one record, so it does not matter who took the keys. Have ready: plates, chassis numbers if you note them, the customer's invoicing details and your hourly rate.
An estimate is built from labour lines and part lines. The driver accepts or declines through a link, and an accepted estimate becomes the job without retyping. The invoice comes from the finished job, in your own series, with your NIPT and the TVSH rate you choose on each line. No TVSH return is prepared in Promec, and nothing goes to the tax administration. Have ready: your series, the rates you use, prices per type of job and payment methods.
Every part has a shelf location, a cost, a selling price and a minimum level, new or used. Fitting it to a job reduces the count, and a part under its minimum joins the reorder list. Supplier deliveries, including imported parts, are matched against orders, so you can see what is paid, what is on its way and what just sits there. Have ready: the parts list with prices, your suppliers and a single stock count.
A booking is placed on a bay and with a mechanic for an expected time, so you know whether Thursday really has room before you promise a car. Web bookings land in the same diary. A car waiting for a part stays visible but does not block a bay. Have ready: bays, opening hours, mechanics and how long your usual jobs take.
Drivers hear when the estimate is ready, when the work begins and when to collect, by the channel they agreed to. Service and technical-inspection reminders leave ahead of the date stored on the car, and each message is kept on the record. Have ready: phone numbers and emails of customers who consented, and the inspection date of each car.
Sales by period, labour against parts margin, estimates sent against accepted, bay use and the mix of jobs, all taken from data already in the system. They show whether your hourly rate covers costs and which part you buy dear and sell cheap. Have ready: nothing extra.
Send the export from your present program. We clean it first (customers entered twice, one part under three names), load it into a test copy for you to check, and then you set bays, rates and permissions. Invoice in Promec from the start and keep the old program for reference for a few days. Reception, mechanics and office staff are trained separately, on your own jobs. You can export your data whenever you like, including the day you leave.
No. Promec has no connection to the Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Tatimeve. It does not send invoices to the central invoice platform, does not obtain the NIVF code and files no TVSH return. Promec invoices with your NIPT, your own series and the rate you set on each line, and it keeps the records behind them. Whatever official invoicing or fiscalisation duty applies to your business stays in the software you use for it or with your accountant. A direct tax-authority link exists in Promec only for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
Any rate you set up. TVSH is governed by Law No. 92/2014 and the tax administration publishes the current rules, so no rates are printed here. Which rate applies to a repair or a part is for you or your accountant to decide.
Yes. Save the inspection date on the car and Promec sends the driver a reminder beforehand, by the channel they agreed to. The technical inspection is mandatory and periodic, and driving without a valid one is penalised, so the reminder helps the driver as much as your diary. Booking the inspection itself is done through e-Albania, not Promec.
Promec processes personal data under the GDPR. Your workshop is the controller of its own customers' data and has its own duties under Law No. 124/2024, supervised by the Commissioner for the Right to Information and the Protection of Personal Data. Messages go only to contacts who agreed to receive them, and each one is logged.
The Promec price list is in euros. Your workshop's own invoices go out in the currency you configure in the program.
No. The first three months cost €1, you can cancel from your subscription area at any time, and there is a 15-day right of withdrawal with a refund.
€1 for three months, no lock-in, a 15-day right of withdrawal, free data migration and close support.
